Horrible customer service, if there is any customer service. Placed my order 10 days ago and have not heard a peep my family is... leaving for thanksgiving so that was money wasted because when the food comes (if it does) we won?t be here. We had a lot tothis week in preparation for a trip and that was the point of us having these meals. 1 star because some of the food when it hascome before is pretty good but not worth the hassle trying to contact someone at spartan meals. Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Pretty much non existent. I ordered 15 meals and put in the notes(it even indicates... to let them know) about my allergy. I received my meals and they did not even bother with listening to my allergy. Even thoughtheir were ones they didn?t list wheat, I got extremely sick and still sick. I reached out to them right away when I receivedit. They told me they don?t do those types of meals which was so confusing. Even if they don?t do meals without an allergy whywouldn?t they contact me. I ordered from Spartan for the first time this week. While the food is delicious their customer service is horrendous. I have... reached out via email, phone, chat multiple times and I have not received not one response, not even in the chat. I ordered 21meals and every single meal had at least 1 side missing. I reached out initially because I wanted to know the macros with themissing sides and then realized after checking each meal that some had multiple sides missing. For the money I paid I was hopingfor more attention to detail when packaging the meals. Multiple meals had the Plastic film missing which was disappointing butthe missing food was the most annoying. A company that has all over their website that they have excellent customer service andsatisfaction guaranteed in fact has the worst customer service I have ever experienced since there literally is none. It?supsetting because the food is very good, but for what I paid, I truly expected a much better experience. I unfortunately haveanother week of meals that I will be picking up and that will be my last. I hope to be able to speak to someone in person, butbased on the company completely ignoring me for the last week, I am not hopeful that any of my issues with my order will bedealt with. Read more

Absolutely love their meals. Local delivery is awesome, Carlos is great! He always makes it a point to personally chat with me,... he suggests different meals to try, I always look forward to him delivering to me. Will definitely be a repeat customer for avery long time!! Shady business received moldy food on my first delivery with busted containers and half of it arrived 2 days late and completely... spoiled, and they are not responding or refunding has been stringing me along for 2 weeks now! This is your responsibility!Poorly packed clearly doesn?t ship well to warm places and THEY NEVER RESPOND! if you want food poisoning this is the companyfor you! ???? NO STARS!!! BEWARE BEFORE SPENDING MONEY HERE!!! I placed a few orders and while their food was good, their customer service (or... lack of) SUCKS. I had received an order with five of the 21 meals with broken plastic. While I was able to remove the plasticpieces out of two of them, all three of the bruschetta chicken meals I had ordered had tiny pieces in them, obviously notsalvageable or edible. I reached out through phone and left a voicemail and no one called back. I emailed and got a response . Iprovided pictures. YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURES THERE IS NO PLASTIC FILM COVERING THE FOOD. They told me I was getting a refundfor the three meals and NEVER heard back from them. This was in the beginning of March. TERRIBLE customer service. They swapmeals out without notifying you, which is also not okay service wise. Just TERRIBLE experience overall.
