Ordered a pizza and was told 1 1/2 hr they would deliver the pizza to our truck. 48 minutes passed delivery time. No phone calls... from them to apologize or anything. Called them and all they said was the delivery diver should be here anytime and will get itright out to you. Hell they only 3 MLS away Read more

This used to be a 5 star pizza place. No longer. I've ordered from them many times over the years since they've opened and sadly... watched and tasted the decline of their craftsmanship and quality in customer service. Today was the final straw after gettingthe 3rd pizza in a row that's been messed up. I normally don't even call if they mess something up, it happens from time totime, we are all human after all. But this time I did. Told them it was missing the hot sauce swirls that I paid extra for. Themanager claimed to have put it on my pizza and said "it must have dried out" while it was baking. Whatever. I've ordered thissame pizza with hot sauce many times and have always been able to taste the hot sauce no matter how long it was cooked. As Isaid accidents happen, but correct them. Don't just sweep it away like I've heard from close friends that won't buy their pizzaanymore. It's becoming to commonplace at this pizza joint. Mistake after Mistake. I guess it's just easier to BS the customerwith a poor storyline then to correct what might be wrong with their product.
