Worst Cousin?s sub I?ve ever had. Ordered the chicken bacon cheddar and came cold with lunch meat chicken instead of the usual... hot diced chicken breast. Also had mayo on the sandwich even though this sandwich does not come with mayo. Lastly, I asked foritalian seasoning and was asked if I wanted that on the side or on the sandwich. I asked if the girl meant the italian seasoningand she laughed and said sorry of course on the sandwich. I ended up getting no italian seasoning and instead got italiandressing on the side. Not up to par with other Cousin?s locations and this should be advertised before customers pay full pricefor sub par quality. Read more

Slowest and rudest service ever. Been waiting 17 minutes to get my order. No line but just plain bad service. Girl working... stood there doing absolutely nothing for about 14 minutes before begining to make my sub. Manager was snotty about taking mynumber. Last time I went I had a hir in my sub. The time before that they charged me for two 7" subs instead of the 15" Iordered, charged me for the extra meat then forgot to put it on. Very disappointing. have gone to this place twice now and had very very slow service both times. Today I waited 30 minutes for 10 mini corn dogs... which were then served to me slightly warm and without the sauce I asked for. It was not busy. There is no excuse for this typeof service. I could have gone into a sit-down restaurant and had my food served faster. I would have appreciated a coupon ormoney backto make up for the amount of time I spent waiting. Read more
Absolutely disgusting beyond words!! My family and I stop at this location at least 10 times a month, sometimes more, with my... partner working in Lodi. Usually when the workers don?t listen and ruin my order I would normally overlook it and let it gobecause the sandwich is normally eaten once It?s brought home (so about an hour after it?s made due to me living an hour away).However this time I refuse to overlook it because the sandwich is ruined to the point to where it had to be thrown away and itended up being a complete waste of money because the workers didn?t listen to a simple request. I asked my partner to pick me upa sandwich on his was home from work and I would eat it later in the night because I needed to finish running errands and getour sick newborn settled down so I probably wouldn?t have time to eat it until later. He ordered the double steak with notomatoes and no onions at my request because it would make the bread incredibly soggy many hours later. Well the workers didn?tlisten yet again and put both on it. The sandwich was so nasty after a few hours of being made and it shouldn?t have been if mysimple requests would have been followed by the workers. I went to eat the sandwich (right before writing this review. Wouldhave called the store and spoke to a manager, but the store closed a couple hours ago) and when I pulled it out of the wrapperthe bottom half of the bread was so soggy that it was absolutely disgusting because of the tomato?s that were put on it afterbeing told no tomatoes. I tried saving it by ripping the soggy parts off so we weren?t wasting money, but there was no way ofsaving it. It also had onion on it which they were told no onion as well.
