Had coupons from subway about a month ago. Footlong for $5. Ordered Spicey Italian one flat bread. At register I was told it... was a special sub and does not qualify for coupons. Coupon did not say it was excluded, which it must. I called DeForest store,they informed me it is a regular menu item and yes, it is eligible for coupon. I wrote subway main office. I was not shown dignity with to a situation and this is why I'm making more decisions to not patronize local. Sorry...no not... sorry. Ridiculous that customer service is not a priority here. A month ago I placed an online order with the subway app andreceived an email that it was ready for pick up. I waited 40+ minutes as they hadn't even started making my order and they tookall those customers in line first before making mine. Not gonna lie I'm not going to be back any time soon! Read more
Went in at 6:30 on a Saturday night to get 2 footlong meatball subs and kid working tried giving me a meatball sub with no... meatballs and only marinara sauce. The container holding meatballs and sauce was almost empty so he was filling the subs withthe sauce that was left on the bottom. I asked where the meatballs were and he fished around the container and pulled out achunk the size of a penny. It was a chunk from a whole meatball. Told him I was not paying for a sub mush bomb with only sauce.Told him to have a good night and walked out. Will not be back. Read more
Ordered a chicken protein bowl and didn't receive lettuce, which was right on the receit at the top of the list. Called the... manager, she was very short and disrespectful. She tried to say it was not on the receit, which was a total lie because it wasthe very first item. Never eating there again! Read more
I love subway but the "sandwich artist" we had was severely lacking in the personal hygiene department.. gloves are indeed a... thing but I still felt uncomfortable with the lack of sanitary professionalism. The bread was old tasting and the toppings alsolooked on the edge of questionable. Please do better, this is the only place in town that is easily accessible with healthieroptions.. and I'd love to come back if things improve. Read more
there was broken up pieces of bread on the counter. the lemonade wasnt made and the raspberry lemonade was not mixed. we waited... minutes before someone came from the back to serve us. another customer walked in so the lady stopped making our sandwiches andcalled 2 more people to come up. 2!!! after we got home we found the bread tasted like dirt and the tomatoes were rotton. it wasawful. So...going here is an adventure but I keep going back. You never know what you're going to get. One time I saw an employee open... a bag of spinach with a pen. Another time an employee dropped the tray they use to toast the subs on the floor, picked it up andstarted to put my sub on it til I told him it needed to be cleaned. Last time I went in, the computers were down and it wascash-only. One time someone asked if they were hiring. The submaker asked if they were in high school because they're not hiringany more high school kids. One time the sandwich maker came to a full stop to talk with his friends who came in the door. Onetime they had to go to the cooler to grab ingredients 4 times to make one sub. One time I got 5 dimes for 50 cents change. Theydo send coupons in the mail, so you can get 2 foot longs for 10 bucks. I also put lemonade in the water cup. ;) Read more
Lodi is lacking in food options so it's actually nice to have a well known sandwich shop like Subway for a quick bite or break... from your journey. It's a small town so this is a small shop and don't expect it to be super fast. But the food we got tastedgreat and as always with Subway the price is reasonable Read more
