We first stopped by the Hocking Hills Winery to pass some time on a rainy day. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous - someone has... worked very hard to make the approach to the winery something special. There are multiple outdoor seating areas, all of whichare beautifully landscaped. The wine is very reasonably priced. My husband ordered a flight and I ordered the rosé. I enjoyedthe rosé, and while some of the wines on the flight weren?t our favorite, we enjoyed the variety. The real winner was the wineslushie. Our waitress gave us a pro tip to mix the raspberry and peach wine slushies. Wow - great combination of tart raspberryand sweet peach. We ordered the winery medley charcuterie tray. Although it was a little bit pricy for this area, you are alsobenefitting from the beautiful landscaping which, as a gardener, I know does not come cheap. The pepperoni and salami wereexcellent and the white cheddar very good. The pepper jack was not my favorite. The veggies were all fresh and crisp. The hummuswas a little blah - did not taste homemade. The absolute highlight for us (and the main reason we went back again on our trip)was the charming winery cats. Beautiful winery nestled in Hocking hills. There was a food truck when I was there with a variety of options. The winery sells... charcuterie boards for light food. Wine was tasty! Love that many of them are named after the local sights. Employees were sokind! They also have live music some nights. Has outdoor garden/patio area as well as indoor seating. Read more
The wines are nothing to write home about, but it?s still one of our favorite places to take a break when we take a trip to the... Hocking Hills area. When the weather gets cool, they bring out their stylish propane heaters to make their patio feel morecozy. Their patio is dog friendly. The overall atmosphere is very social; we almost always strike up conversations withcomplete strangers. Read more

Excellent winery in a wonderful environment. Very tasty wine that you can suit perfectly with the cheese they serve to... accompany. There are 2 spaces, inside the venue and outside in the terrace. There is even a chimney where you can warm up if youhad too much cold white or rose wine. The service is very gentle and the place is cozzy. Very recommendable. Read more

Two sets of couples met at Hocking Hills Winery on a Saturday evening in the spring, savoring the wine flights (and slushies),... the charcuterie boards and the friendly staff. We sat outside, enjoying the live music until we decided to move inside where wecould carry on a conversation more easily. The patio setting was beautiful. Max was a great waiter! I came In for a birthday stop and I loved it... food was good got a veggie board. It was filling for... two. I'm more of a sweet wine girl so their wine was on point they have a seasonal dry called Leon millot that was also onpoint! Definitely a stop you want to make if you're in the area. Read more
