You can tell right away with the empty parking lot as you pull in at lunchtime it?s a low quality restaurant. We thought we?d... give them the benefit of the doubt and try it. There?s a reason the parking lot is empty! Ordered the Diablo Dare - spoileralert it?s not hot. It tasted like it was coated with barbecue sauce - MILD barbecue sauce. It?s advertised to come with avanilla shake free. The entire portion I have circled in the photo was MISSING from our order. When my wife went to ask aboutthe missing items she was told that the milkshake was not included!! The manager had to come out and set the employeestraight. This place SUCKS Read more
There?s actually nowhere to begin- the experience was just awful. We were there an hour before dinner rush so we could get the... food ordered and head to Hyrum where we took dinner to seven people at an assisted living center who enjoy Arby?s once a week orused to enjoy Arby?s once a week. We?ve had a few hit misses over the last six weeks but this by far was the worst. It tookforever to get our food I waited with insulated bags in the lobby because the drive-through wait is even worse. They would haveme one bag it would be two or three minutes before another bag came through when I ordered my food the cashier even yelled backchicken so they would start chicken early or mozzarella sticks meaning they needed to go in the fryer immediately- I?m assuming.Several opened and closed bags while they try to figure out who?s food was who?s ?? Honestly is was so unorganized. And why dothey have to dispense the shakes first thing ? they sat there and melted for the whole 20 minutes while cooking the order. Idid complained and still they did not offer to remake them. Finally I thought I had my whole order- walked out with my overmelted shakes only to arrive 12 minutes later and Hyrum missing food. Cold fries. smash sandwiches, melted shakes- and noranch. For many hungry seniors so disappointing. Read more
Marianne is a freaking Rockstar!!! She's always quick to greet me. Super helpful. Very courteous. A top notch employee for sure!... My french dip and crinkpe fries were good. My food came out kind of slow, but it was lunch time. Very happy with my experience. Read more
Without fail, they miss atleast 1 main item from my order. My famy enjoys they food, but there's few things I can eat there in... the first place, so having missing items means someone doesn't eat. Arbys, please please be more diligent about checking ordersand bags before giving them out. It's shouldn't be my job to make sure you do yours. Read more
I ordered a beef and cheddar. I got NO cheddar. Not even their usual tiny glob on the side. Absolutely none. Its a TWO... ingredient sandwich, HOW do you mess that up. And it was in a regular hamburger bun. What happened to the onion buns? My frieswere fine but I will not be returning. Read more
Do not visit this Arby's. Drive to the other side of town. Could not get anything in order correct. The Buffalo Chicken slider... had no sauce...very dry to eat so thru it away. The French dip served on a Kaiser Roll instead of a French roil. How can youeven dip this in the Au Jus? Rueben was cold right from the window, like it came straight from the refrigerator. Great service. A little wait to get the food but we ordered a lot so understandable. Yummy!
