It's been years since I've been up so early (8am). I'm not much of a morning guy let alone a breakfast guy. I walked into BK and... realized I'm the first/only customer in BK which felt very strange to me. The chicken sandwich was awful, two bites in and I felt sick along with the worst onion rings I've ever had. not to mention... there were flies everywhere. the only good thing about it was the drink. It's no wonder there was nobody in there when I wentin. I know its fast food and not quality food. I wasn't expecting a five star restaurant, but come on. Read more
Food was okay at best. Biggest problem was we ordered a frozen drink on the app and they apparently don't have a machine to make... them and they were very rude about it saying it was our problem to resolve on the app. Yeah like I can do anything on the app toquickly resolve this. Treated my wife very poorly. She asked to just get a small soft drink instead and they were like sorrycan't help you. Apparently Burger King lives up to it's customer service crown ;) Read more
Food is edible, that's the only positive I've got. In the last couple of months, I have yet to get an order come out properly. I... get cheese when I don't order cheese. The Avocado was brown on my last Whopper. I order extra tomatoes, I get two. I didn'trealize that one was a standard order. Used the BK app to place my last order, when I arrived they couldn't find it for severalminutes. Last order was for five Whoppers with three different condiment combinations, only one of the burgers was donecorrectly. There are only two Burger King stores in Logan, UT and I quit going to the other one because they couldn't get anorder right if their life depended on it. Now this one is just as bad. Guess I'll have to start visiting McDonald's for myburgers from now on. Read more
Wow. I was under the impression the bread on this Burger was supposed to be toasted. I mean that's what a melt is right? Burger... arrived all soggy and mushy. Normally I would have reached out directly to the manager. But thus isn't the first bad experienceI have had from this place. So I guess I am done. Super busy. Yet food came hot and tasty. Friendly staff to help you out. Easy to see from street. Fair parking.
Guess we'll just go to mcdonalds....maybe there we can atleast get all our food. Ordered/paid for chicken nuggets and got home... with no nuggets. Both burgers in our order were no onions....both had onion. Asked for light ice on drinks....the cups were halffull of ice. Not to mention that they now charge 25 cents for those tiny cups of fry sauce AND all of their prices (that werealready high to begin with) have gone up. Service was all around horrible, price was ridiculous, and the food really wasn't verygood. Read more
