Ordered two burrito bowls online. Drove to the location and found the ?Digital Orders Line? and pulled through. Had a couple... cars in front of us and it tools some time. I imagine folks didn?t read the sign and just pull up to order like a classic drivethrough. It?s new, folks will learn. I love that is an option! The team at the window were very kind, double checked our orderand along we went. Both bowls had exactly what was ordered and didn?t feel like anything was missing nor had less than. Flavorof the marinated meats were that same familiar greatness. This looks smaller than other brick and mortar Chipotle locations I?mused to but same great flavor. Read more
I was worried because I'd heard this location wasn't the best, but I love the food so I definitely wanted to try it, and I was... not disappointed! I ordered online during the lunch rush and was the only person taking advantage of the takeout drive thru!Score! The order was accurate and the food tasted great! I will be happy when they have steak again, but the chicken was stillgood! I'll definitely be coming back, but probably not to the lobby because that looked crazy! Read more
I ordered in the app thinking it would save me some time picking the food up. Oh boy was I wrong. I arrived at my assigned... pickup time and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes before my food was ready. It would have been faster for me to just order thefood when I arrived, which seems a bit silly. The staff seemed overwhelmed between people ordering inside, the drive thru line,and orders placed in the app/delivery services. I'd like to think that since they just opened, the employees will get more usedto dealing with the food rushes and larger crowds. I can't say I would currently recommend this location if you are in a rushunfortunately. That being said, it's apparent that everyone is trying their best and being friendly to the customers. My foodcame exactly as I ordered it in the app, including customizations. I got the chicken bowl and it was great! I got a side ofqueso with chips too. The chips were a little stale but I have had that happen at other Chipotle locations about 60% of thetime. If it weren't for the super long wait I would have given a higher rating. Read more
I was so excited for Chipotle in Logan! Unfortunately the pickup/online order feature take 20+ minutes longer than advertised.... Arrived and waited over 30 minutes and tried to get help from the employees with no avail. Just wait in the line and order. Itwill be faster. Hopefully they figure things out over the next few weeks! Honestly if you aren?t prepared to open a fast food restaurant, don?t open it. We got to the front of the line after 25 min of... waiting in line to find out that they were out of veggies, guacamole, sour cream, mild and medium sauce. Put up sign tellingpeople you are out items so they don?t waste their time. If I had known there were out of literally everything I like Idefinitely wouldn?t have wasted 25 minutes standing in line. Not to mention, the bowl wasn?t even half full. Portion sizes weresmall but they also didn?t have anything to put in your bowl. Sooo I mean if you have 20-40 min to wait and get nothing what youwant then yes this is the place to go. Read more
I ordered take out. I had a salad with guacamole lettuce, brown rice, fajitas veggies, black beans, and medium green salsa. The... food was well seasoned and the guacamole was generous. The veggies are crisp while the rice and beans are soft. The portion sizeof plate though is on the smaller end. I would have to see their other portion sizes to reassess. Read more
We waited an hour to get our two burritos, just for it to be the wrong order. We waited in the mega slow online order pick up... line, which is super inefficient. Because, when we finally got to the pick up window after 40 minutes of waiting and 40 minutesafter our promised pickup time, they still hadn?t made our order. We waited 10 minutes at the window while they kept makingother orders. When someone finally came over and gave us our bag it turned out to be the wrong burritos, which we didn?t findout until we got home. My husband takes a bite of his burrito just to have a mouthful of tomato salsa, he hates tomatoes. Hetried to salvage his burrito and found there was not even any meat in it and the salsa was all throughout the burrito we justhad to throw it away. Mine was chicken when I ordered carnitas. Anyway, wasted 23$ on two burritos and over an hour of our livesand need to find new dinner now. Their system is really bad and need to fix it asap. I don?t know why this place is getting such bad reviews, they must?ve had a tough opening week. I went last night and it was... perfect! I ordered online and 5 minutes later I went through the drive through pick up lane and my food was ready! It wasdelicious. I got a carnitas burrito bowl and everything was fresh and delicious. Best guacamole I?ve had at any restaurantbesides an actual sit down Mexican restaurant. Portions were awesome. My husband got a steak burrito and said it was delicious.We?ll definitely be returning!
