I took my mom here for lunch. This was the first time she ever ate at Costa Vida and she absolutely loved it. She had the... chicken salad and loved the salad dressing, the fresh tortilla, and the chicken. I also introduced her to the strawberrylimonade, another delicious menu item. Good food, great service! The line of people moved rather fast so we were able to get our food and be seated.
NEVER ASK FOR EXTRA MEAT! they charged about $2 for literally 2 STRANDS of pork. They put a decent amount on then I asked for... extra pork and they picked up the tiniest amount. When they put it on my burrito they proceeded to grab exactly what they put onand still charged me!!!!!! Ugh they are sooo stingy it?s sad. I have always been a huge fan of Costa Vida! Never ever been disappointed with their food at any location. I absolutely love all... the great deals you get through their app as well! Every once in a while I feel like I get a little jipped on portions (like notenough lettuce in my salad), but I understand it?s hard to be totally consistent with that every time. The main reason why theylost a star in my book is bc their online pick-up system could be a little better. Today I ordered 2 hours ahead, show up at therestaurant, and there?s a super long line. Never had that happen before but I understand it was a lunch rush. The annoying partwas that my food was ready, on the shelf when I got there but I had to wait in line to get it. If my food is ready bc I orderedahead of time fair and square, I should get it right away. They should be calling out names of orders that are ready since theline isn?t usually in the same order of when people placed their orders. It was pouring outside, I was starving, and the line was long for the drive-thru. I went inside and was told that the lobby was... closed. I was bummed. I didn?t want to wait in line. We went through the line and it was soooo quick. I was so impressed. Bestof all, the salad was so DELICIOUS! It?s the very best salad in Logan. It tasted so good. We love Costa Vida. We only wish we had more of them available near us in San Diego. Always fresh, quick and friendly. Pretty... friendly to the wallet too. Tonight my husband and I went to eat at the south Logan costa vida. He ordered a burrito and while eating found a hair in his... burrito. He took the burrito back to the line and spoke to the manager Janet. She refused to make him a new burrito or refundhis card because we did not have a receipt. We were dining in and the person that took our payment remembered us. She took myhusbands card information and then tossed it in the garbage. Janet was condescending and rude. She implied that we were lying.We are in our late fifties. We have lived in Logan for seventeen years. We dine out four or five times a week. We do not lieabout hair in our food in order to get a free meal EVER! Janet had one job, to apologize and make a new burrito. Read more
