We love Crumbl Cookies. Often we buy them to gift our loved ones. However, yesterday when we bought some cookies, we found a... hair inside of one of them. I called them and they said "We apologize, but there is nothing we can do about it". After sharingmy frustration, the person I was talking to said that I could go to the store and ask for a free cookie. We still love the brandand the cookies, but that's the kind of thing that could easily have taken us to the competition. After all, a "free cookie"isn't really a free cookie. It's just a replacement of a product I bought that came with a hair (gross). Read more

Crumbl cookies can do nothing but improve how your day is going. Every time I come here i feel an indescribable joy that I just... can't find when I eat any other cookies. The business model is genius with the 5 new cookies every week and I have never gottena cookie I didn't like from here. Very good cookies, They are too buttery though and too expensive. Some flavors are much better than others and it is often a... gamble. Their default chocolate chip cookie could really stand to use semi-sweet chips instead of milk chocolate. Read more
