We love Crumbl Cookies. Often we buy them to gift our loved ones. However, yesterday when we bought some cookies, we found a... hair inside of one of them. I called them and they said "We apologize, but there is nothing we can do about it". After sharingmy frustration, the person I was talking to said that I could go to the store and ask for a free cookie. We still love the brandand the cookies, but that's the kind of thing that could easily have taken us to the competition. After all, a "free cookie"isn't really a free cookie. Crumbl cookies can do nothing but improve how your day is going. Every time I come here i feel an indescribable joy that I just... can't find when I eat any other cookies. The business model is genius with the 5 new cookies every week and I have never gottena cookie I didn't like from here. Very good cookies, They are too buttery though and too expensive. Some flavors are much better than others and it is often a... gamble. Their default chocolate chip cookie could really stand to use semi-sweet chips instead of milk chocolate. Read more
Love their cookies and service is usually good. However almost every time I order curbside I end up waiting 10-15 minutes for my... order due to almost every time they said they gave the last of certain flavors to guests inside. I understand that they will runout and if I want the flavors I'll have to wait, just disappointing that I order for specific times as not to wait. After a year of not having a Crumbl near by, you could say I?m excited to be 10 mins away from a Crumbl!!! I ordered though the... mobile app for delivery and they arrived in perfect shape! They tasted amazing and definitely will be stopping by for more inthe future???? Read more
The girls inside were super nice and the customer service was on point. Unfortunately we got six cookies that were completely... raw in the center and upset all of our bellies. Editing to respond to the response received: this was NOT gooey in the middle.They were raw enough to be balled back up and baked again. How about offering to exchange the gross cookies for new ones? Oreven a refund? I definitely won?t be coming back after this response. I?m not filling out a form - you, as the manager and orowner should be filling out the form letting your employees know they are under baking the cookies. Read more
