Reviews for Denny's in Logan, UT
I have been to this Dennys before and have had a great experience, however our waiter tonight did not refill our drinks at all... until we were leaving and asked her to do so. I had to get up and go to the counter to ask for syrup after waiting ten minutesfor her to bring it. They don?t bring the check to the table. The food was so good, the service was the worst I?ve had in ages. There is no sense of urgency in the wait staff.. Five service... employees in sight, and two doing nothing but cracking Red Bulls, chatting, and one listening to their AirPods. The other twoseemed busy restocking. We were sat, waited 20 minutes for our waitress, had to ask another for her to come take our order. Oncewe got our food, we never saw our waitress again and had empty waters? The woman who seemed to be the chef in the kitchen was amazing. They were short staffed but she absolutely nailed our breakfast.... I wish my tip was going to her. Staff was all friendly. Seriously give that chef a raise, she is awesome! Read more
This used to be one of my family's favorite places to go. The staff are TERRIBLE. They are more concerned about their friends... that work with them than they are about patrons. Arm wrestling in plain view of the tables instead of checking on tables andgetting drinks. We asked for more coffee, as the first cups we got were gross and tasted burnt, and got it when we were standingup to go. No creamer offered either. No refills on my 3 kids drinks, or for my wife and me. Over charging for items that areCLEARLY marked at a lower price on the menu. The food is always fine. Thats rarely the issue. The staff tho. Wow. They reallyneed to start all the way over. Having been a cook for 7 years I have never seen service that bad. We will never go back to sitdown and eat. My wife has been a server for 8 years and we always tip well due to our experience in the food industry. There wasno tip left tonight. We were never checked on. He brought the food and thats it. Didn't refill or even ask if the food was goodor right. His smoke break ( he wasn't even smoking) was more important. Absolutely atrocious experience. Read more
Denny's is a classic. Always have really nice servers and really good food, especially for the price!
First time experiencing this Dennys, and we are so impressed! Abby, our waitress, was kind and attentive. The food was cooked... beautifully with so much flavor. The eggs in my omelet were fluffy and cooked to perfection, no burn marks or flavor. And theomelet was stuffed with onions, peppers, mushrooms, cheese and steak. I haven?t had an omelet that good in awhile! Chris, ourcook, came out to check on us and make sure the food was to our liking. I appreciate his expertise and professionalism. We have been waiting for almost an hour and we are not the only ones waiting. There about 5 groups here waiting for someone to... seat us at a table. I see a lot is empty tables but there is no host to serve us. They just walk by and do nothing. This is thelast time I come here. Bad service and not a care in the world about customers waiting to seated. Some people already left toeat somewhere else. This place has bad service!!!! Read more
