Server was great, food was fine-only bad part of the whole experience was the manager. We ordered a “large glass” of their... chocolate milk and the glass came back only half filled. We ended up sending it back because of the obvious corner cutting andthe server let us know the manager had filled the cup. We then endured overhearing verbal abuse from the manager to our serverthe rest of our visit over the issue. Probably won’t be going back, honestly ruined the whole breakfast date. Read more

I got the roasted turkey sandwich. It was very plain and not very flavorful, I got mashed potatoes as a side that was also not... very flavorful. I order these at other diners and they are yummy, so don't know why IHOP isn't. Our server was great and helpfuland very accommodating and was the only good thing about our trip. Read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Honestly horrible. Took wayy too long to get our food. I’ve been a waitress so I get it. Sometimes... people call out and you’re short staffed, but our waitress came to our table 2 times. No refills on our water. (We were therefor an hour waiting for pancakes that came out cold) And then when we payed with our gift card she didn’t bring back a receiptfor the charge on the gift card- which should have covered the whole meal, we were gonna leave a cash tip. But somehow 5$ wentmissing from our gift card and she charged the extra to my debit card. Kinda fishy.. we’re assuming she tipped herself theextra 5$ from the gift card and left us with the rest. Which is fine Im okay paying for my food but not happy about 5 bucksmissing ????. I even saw our gift card sitting next to the register she used as if it wasn’t really used. The two times I’ve been to this location have been disappointing unfortunately. The tables were all dirty and we had to wait... 10-15 minutes before ordering and another 20 or so to get our food. There was only one waitress and one cook taking care ofeverything. The poor girl taking orders and serving food and bussing couldn’t keep up with it all though she did well giventhe circumstances. The food was ok, but the sandwich I ordered was just meat and cheese instead of the Cali Turkey melt Iordered that was supposed to come with avocado, lettuce, and tomatoes as well. I don’t blame the employees, they did theirbest and were trying hard to make things work. But until the higher ups get things figured out, this place will definitely beone I will avoid. Start paying better wages maybe? I don’t know, but something needs to change here. Read more

We walked in and we were told it would be 15 minutes to be seated in a fairly empty restaurant. When we ordered a lemonade, it... came to us as mostly water and the waitress told us "sorry, that's what it is". The food was slightly burned. We were a littledisappointed with our visit. SABRINA IS THE BEST EVER! My party and I were so amazed by the incredible customer service she has! We saw that she was the only... server in the whole floor and she managed to be super efficient and she just killed it! We had our drinks and food even fasterthan when they have full staff working! Food was alright but service was incredibly slow. We arrived when the restaurant was a little over half full and still had to... wait 1 hour for our food. They forgot about my husband's meal and we ended up asking to take it to go. They did comp it but wewould have preferred to have all eaten together. Read more

The hostess seated people table to table as they came in, rather than spreading people out. They seated a couple that smelled... awful in the center of everyone. Two other tables actually asked to be moved. The service was slow, but that's to be expectedright now in the midst of the labor shortage. And I was very disappointed in my ham steaks.
