Oh my?. I cannot believe how frustrated I have been at this location. We have gone 2 times in the last month, to this location... and the (hot and ready) pizza took 30 minutes to come out!!! They would keep saying 5 more minutes. At least be honest how longit?s going to take to get pizza. We could have went to hungry howies across the street in less time than that. We paid. We werethe only ones in line we never got the pizza. We literally left after 45 minutes. We will be calling the manager to be refundedour money because the employees wouldn?t. Read more
Took 30 minutes for a small order. Other people came in and out with their orders as we waited. We finally asked after 20... minutes about our order and they told us they forgot about us. Very bad service and still didn't do anything about the ordertaking forever except tell us they forgot and will get it started. 10 minutes later they brought it out and didn't apologize. Read more

They were really busy. I wanted some of their hot and ready items but they were out of almost everything. I had to change my... order because of it. I thought about custom ordering but there were several irate customers already which told me that it wasgoing to take longer than the 20 minutes they told me. The front counter worker didn't seem to know what he was doing. He alsobrushed off one of the upset customers which escalated to the manager. Read more
Unpredictable. Some days they make the pizza well, and in a timely fashion, but most days they are slow and Sloppy. Their order... tracker frequently lies about the orders progress (a number of times I've gotten the "order is ready" notification only to betold that it will actually be 5-15 more minutes, which sounds an awful lot like "we forgot your order so let us make it realquick" ). I understand that there are rush periods in fast food, but this has happened far too frequently and at far too manydifferent times of the day to simply blame rush hour. Today I waited over 40 minutes to get the "order is ready" notificationfrom the app (15 minutes after the estimated completion time) only to be told that it still wasn't ready. Served 6 hour old pizza! My wife ordered a pizza and crazy bread through the pizza portal and picked it up through the drive... through. When she got home we opened the box and the pizza was very old. I checked the time on the sticker, and it was made 6hours earlier that day! And to add on top of it, the pizza wasn't even for us, but a Jacqueline B. I drove back and asked for anew pizza which I did receive, but shouldn't there be something that prevents this? I made sure to check the pizza portal to seeif my order was still waiting and it wasn't, so it seems I was going to be served 6 hour old pizza from the beginning.Unbelievable! Read more
