I'm sorry McDonald's but this is gonna hurt. I want to preface by saying the issues I experienced may have been because of... understaffing, I bear no malice to this particular McDonald's and wish them well in correcting these issues. The staff wasfriendly but busy and signs made it clear they were running to go only orders, one of the order it yourself kiosks was out oforder and it took a couple minutes to find one we could use. Once done the order was declared ready in a normal amount of time,but this is where things started going off the rails. I went to pick up my to go order and had to fight the flies gathering enmass around the to go bag and I don't just mean one or two. They appeared to be invading the kitchen with a few trying to helpthemselves to my wife's mocca late. The floor was sticky and looked like someone had sort of kinda tried to mop some of it upbut got called away to other things mid mopping. The worst part though was when we took our food out to eat it, the burgerswere drenched in a liquidized broken mayo that tasted like metal and were inedible. I honestly don't expect much when orderingat McDonald's but between the flies, and the metallic food I won't be back to that one. You are serving broken mayonnaise and Iknow commercially prepared mayo is much safer than home made but if it's liquidized and tastes of metal, it's gone off and youshouldn't serve it. Genuinely can not comprehend how this McDonald?s can get the easiest orders so wrong. Ordered a Mocha frappe got a caramel.... Ordered a medium smoothie, got a small. Ordered a 6 piece nugget, got a 4 piece. And don?t even get me started on how often I?llget home and a piece of the order is not even there. Some retraining is definitely needed. Read more
My boyfriend and I ordered burgers and fries around 10pm. Our fries were soggy and barely warm, and this is what both of our... fries looked like. When my boyfriend handed me my fry I thought he was kidding. Tell he told me that this is what his frieslooked like as well. Normally the fries are always cut a little short, but this is ridiculous. I understand it?s near close timebut come on. And no, they weren?t dumped in the bottom of the bag. Read more
Food has been good.. if I get the right one, let alone my whole order. I've gone to this place multiple times. It's close to my... job and it's easy access. However, I have not had a good experience yet. Either I get half of my order, or pay for and receivesomeone else's order, and NEVER have received my sauces I've asked for. I did go in to fix each time. They've been very polite,apologizes, and fixes the issue. However... their body language screams, hurry, anxiety, and fear. I have NO idea what's goingon in the back, but something needs to change. Read more
Poor excuse of a fast food restaurant! Fries were old and soggy, employees need better hygiene! Gross! Need to shut this place... down and everyone working to get a real job and do actually perform it right. Read more

I repeated my order 3 times to the lady in the drive thru and she still forgot one hamburger. Once I checked my bag and saw that... it was missing, I asked the guy who handed us the food and he made one up real quick. I appreciate that kind of service. Welldone and the food tasted great! Read more
So this is honestly mixed. I love how cheap the food is, but it's really the customer service at this location that just kills... me. Both the North Logan location and the Hyrum location have vastly superior customer service, and they actually get ordersright most of the time. As for this location, I can confidently say that they usually mess up on all of the orders I get all ofthe time. So if you're on this end of the valley and you're feeling a lil risky, grab a burger from this location ;) There'stons of other great places to eat nearby if you're wanting something cheap and reliable like Taco Bell Read more
