The only reason I'm doing a 3 is because I have always really enjoyed their food, but the customer service we received last... night deserves less than 1-star! We were charged wrong, our food came out wrong, my soup was damaged and half of it was in thebottom of the bag, they completely forgot to make one of our two meals, and then just stood behind the counter looking at eachother's phones, and talking about snapchatting boys until the point we had to ask- ummm... where is our other sandwich? Theyjust looked at each other, then laughed and said- Oh, I was wondering why you were still here.. I had already left to go out tothe car because I was so irritated.. I get that it's great to hire teenage girls, but maybe you should always have at least ONEgrownup working the night shift, eh..? Read more
I love old grist mill. I?m worried about your employees though! We came today and it was hotter inside than outside. The... employees has such good attitudes, but they were so sweaty and hot looking! No customers wanted to stay in the building. Youguys gotta fix this! :) Read more
Delicious bagels, absolutely the softest and chewiest in town. Delicious with some cream cheese. I always stop in multiple times... a week for a quick breakfast. However, on this particular visit there were a lot of flies buzzing around. They were flying allover the restaurant and a few were even behind the glass with the pastries. If they got some of the light traps that plug intothe wall it would quickly get rid of them. Read more
Bread is phenomenal and ingredients are fresh--Soup is stellar and service is hit or miss. I have been coming here for years... and would consistently give it 4 or 5 stars, but I got a roast beef sandwich today with 1 slice of meat on it. 1. These thingsused to be jam packed with meat--They raised their pricing (which is fine) but then decided to also cut down the amount of meatyou get, which is a bummer because that?s the best PRt of the sandwich. Our family loves this place, especially this location! We are always blown away by how reasonable the prices are and how good... everything tastes. This morning we got bagel breakfast sandwiches, which are perfect in taste and flavor. We bought bread,pumpkin cake, and cookies for the road and everything so far has been delicious. The staff was friendly and they were allworking hard. We stop here every time we're in Logan and will always have it on our list of places to go when we're there. Read more

LOCATION - 5 Old Grist Mill has a great location right off of Main Street next to PlanetFitness. ???? PRICE - 5 I was impressed most of all for the breakfast sandwich ???? costing only $2.99. ???? PRODUCTS/SERVICES- 5 I ordered a breakfast sandwich ???? made of an onion ???? bagel ????, sausage and swiss cheese ????. ???? I ordered a tuna sand and it was less than fresh but the resturant replaced it with a turkey sand which I Brot home & placed... cranberry slices. Delicious! Read more
