The service was very fast and the food was hot and delicious. The person that delivered it was extremely nice and upbeat.
Ordered a pizza and a drink. Nothing super complicated. After I got a notification saying that my order had left the store, it... took another 35 minutes to get to get to my apartment. I live AT MOST depending on traffic 5 minutes away. (This was 8 at nightso traffic definitely was not an issue) when he finally got there, I saw him holding the pizza but the drink was nowhere to befound. I asked him where it was and his excuse was he forgot. He then had the AUDACITY to ask for a tip. He left to go back andget my drink, I called the store to make sure they followed up with him and was very rudely hung up on. After about another 30minutes he finally showed up with my drink, left it at my doorstep, and left without knocking or ringing the doorbell. Had I notbeen waiting out in the common room I would never have known he had brought it. These people need to get stuff figured out. Read more

The staff was very helpful. When they couldn't find my address in their system (since where I live is fairly new), they got... directions and made the delivery in a timely manner. On top of that, the food was genuinely great and my kids loved it! Read more
I had to call an hour after ordering and 45 minutes after I received a text saying it was out for delivery only to find out that... they didn't have any drivers. The manager did reverse charges and had it delivered for free oncce a driver arrived, but thepizza was old by then. Read more

Typically I don?t have an issue with this location, fast service and I order from here often. But recently they don't follow the... delivery instructions I live in an apartment you need a key fob to enter, I always ask to have them call me but lately theydon't and then just go back to the store stating they ?tried to reach me? but made no contact attempt.
