Worst customer service ever! Plus not fresh pretzels, looked like they were sitting there all day. Didn't buy anything, walked... away after the rude service and disgusting pretzels. In a struggling world maybe care about people that give you their hardearned money. Hire good staff! Read more
Everytime I go here I get the cinnamon pretzel bites. They are so tasty. I love to eat them. Last time I went, I walked in and... said "hello!" And then I got some of the cinnamon pretzel bites. I took my four kids with me to Pretzelmaker on their day off of school yesterday and it the manager at the counter was great!... Very quick, friendly, helpful. I couldn't have been happier with our service and the food/lemonade is amazing there. Nothingcompares to Pretzlemaker in my opinion. We got a large raspberry lemonade and a large pretzel bites to share for about $11 andit was a perfect snack for all 5 of us. Read more
Pretzels are always fresh. They taste freaking amazing. I highly recommend that you get one everytime you find yourself at the... mall. Without a pretzel the mall just doesnt seem worth it. Read more

The staff is always very rude and when I asked if they can make more of a kind of pretzel they snapped at me and said no. I am... pretty sure they could have made more they were just unwilling to when they weren't anywhere near closing. Read more
