Double date with friends of ours. In Dec... it was really cold due to the windows across the building, it felt like they were... trying to save money by keeping the heat down or the heater doesn't work well because of the big windows. I wanted to orderspace heater along with the food. But as far as the food goes it was great and a decent atmosphere otherwise. I ordered thelamb and beef shawarma with a greek salad and Persian rice (don't forget the saffron butter!) It all tasted really good to me. After eating the lamb I would have preferred to get all beef or go with the chicken instead. If you want Mediterranean food Iwould recommend Romo's as they definitely got it. Read more

i have passed this place a few times when in logan and finally got to try it out. our server, ryan, was super friendly! the food... was amazing, some of the best greek food i’ve had in a while. the rice came on the plate in a cone shape which i thought waspretty cool. the food came out quick and looked just as great as it tasted. i will definitely be back here. It was a nice change of pace to find some good Mediterranean food while in town for a conference. The waitress was quite... friendly and also very helpful with checking on the ingredients to make sure their kabobs were dairy free. I had the steak andchicken kabobs with their Persian rice. It was tasty and nicely cooked. It was not the best Persian kabobs that I’ve had butit was reasonably tasty and a nice find for being out in Logan, Utah. Overall not a bad place to eat in Logan and a solid choicefor Mediterranean food in the area. Read more

My husband had the lamb gyro and enjoyed it a great deal. I had the chicken kabobs, with lemon rice and a salad. It was... delicious! Our granddaughter had a chicken kabob with a salad. She enjoyed it and ate most of her meal. Great place to eatlocal and fresh! Read more

The food is out of this world delicious. My companion and I had planned to go to Angie’s for a late lunch, but the place was... still super packed so we wandered into here. Best decision ever. The lamb gyro was fresh and flavorful, the tzatziki sauce waslight and refreshing, the Greek fries were deliciously sour, and the cucumber limeade was an unorthodox combination of perfectlysweet but also mild which made it perfect to have with the rich and creamy homemade artichoke spinach dip. The artichoke dip wehad as an appetizer while we waited for our food and was the perfect meal starter. Just coming in from the cold and snow, thishot dish was perfect to whet our appetites and make us hungry. Very creamy and flavorful, it is the very essence of what acomfort dish should be. The pita were crisp and buttery, only adding to what the dip offered. Having stolen a few bites off mycompanion’s plate I can say with confidence that the chicken was some of the best I’ve ever had. Spiced perfectly and cookedto tender juiciness, it was definitely the main star of the plate. The rice was toothsome and the classical Greek rice, slightlylemony but not so much as to overwhelm the pallet. With a side of tzatziki sauce, here was where I was able to taste it fully.Very creamy without the yogurt’s tang becoming overbearing and lightly tasting of cucumber when sampled alone, it becomes aflavor that escalated any dish. Piling everything onto the pita it is served with combines all the flavors perfectly, with thepita being soft, pillowy, and delicious. A definite favorite to be sure. My companion and I plan to return soon, hungry formore. Read more

Romo's Grill was good. It's a smaller eatery than I was expecting but had a nice Mediterranean and home town feel... simultaneously. We were seated quickly by a very nice waitress named Susan. I ordered the lamb gyro with Persian basmati rice. The rice was fantastic and so was the gyro. The rice was delicious and light and fluffy. The oddest part of the meal was thesaffron butter. For some reason the butter seemed to be margarine, like you'd find on butter popcorn, but it had saffron in it.An odd juxtaposition of quality to be sure. The lamb meat in the gyro was good and I would definitely eat here again. thefinal thing I'd like to mention is that the restaurant is cold. about 68 degrees if the thermostat is to be believed. Most ofthe staff seem to agree with this sentiment as they were all dressed in hoodies despite it being early August. Read more
