I wasn’t impressed with the Sonic in Logan Utah. I went through the drive through and could barely hear the individual who was... trying to take my order. I turned my car off and still could barely hear what they were saying. Maybe it’s time for anintercom upgrade! After getting to the window my order took forever to get. The ice cream shakes were very melted. Then mykid’s cheeseburger happy meals were all missing the cheese. Their shakes are normally good, but if you order them with foodbe prepared for melted ice cream. Read more

Chili dogs were grey.. the hot dog itself was grey. Expired? Probably. Disgusting? Absolutely. The grey hot dog has me... questioning their management. If they're willing to serve discolored rancid meat, what else are they cutting corners on? Read more

Took about 20 minutes to get to the speaker, 20 minutes to order (with constant breaks) seemed like the employee was training.... But saw through the window that she was messing around with co workers. Rushed me through every item I ordered and was super unknowledgeable of the menu. Took another ten to get to the window. She mentioned she didn’t know if she gave me the rightchange. And then took ten minutes to get my drinks, ten to come to the window and hand them to me and 15 to get our food. Whichwas in a wet bag? I ordered the new bursting bubble drink and didn’t revive the right straw so I couldn’t try the drink.Totally not worth the hour wait just for dinner. Read more

!Ryker! The guy on the microphone who talks to the stalls that are closed . He needs a promotion. He's very helpful. I've been... waiting a hour almost and hes very helpful unlike everyone else. Last time I came here the same thing happened. It was in themiddle of the day I waited for a hour and the stalls were closed but nobody said anything. Read more

Food is good, but service is horrible right now. I used to be a regular, but have driven away from the drive-thru menu without... ordering the last four times I've tried to get food here. I left because after sitting for multiple minutes, my presence had noteven been acknowledged. Complete silence from their end. There was only one car ahead of me sitting at the window when I triedagain this morning. I get that everyone is short-handed right now, but it seems strange to me that with only one other carthere they can't even say hello and ask me to give them a minute. Will likely not be going again for quite some time, and willdiscourage friends and family from going as well. Read more

I'm consistently amazed how long it takes to get food and drink from this Sonic. I tend to stop here just for fountain drinks... (no food), and more than half the time it's a 10-30 minute ordeal. The app is very slow and makes it unclear whether your orderis being prepared. The screens at the stalls are often frozen, not showing your order status. On many occasions, the screen willsay that "your order is on the way" but still does not show up 5-10 minutes later. I recently waited 30 minutes for a drinkbefore hitting the "red button" to request an update on the status of my drink and to complain about the ridiculously slowservice, but nobody ever answered the call, and the red button eventually turned back off. I left without my order, unable tocontact anyone to complain. On other occasions, I've called in to ask about my order only to find out that the employees hadforgotten it or cleared it on their system without delivering it. The employees seem generally unapologetic and distracted, notnoticing or caring about the mistakes, and never doing anything to "right" them. This place clearly has serious managementissues. Read more
