This was probably the first time that I'd been here in the last 20 years. I don't like this restaurant chain and I only went in... because of my wife. Had a absolutely terrible day and this was Fuel for the ????. Perhaps it was a mistake but i was triplecharged for Tea ? I didn't say anything too the waitress she was pleasant. Read more
The food was good. The server was friendly. It was a decent place. One of the better visits to an Applebee's recently. I had the... wings. My wife and daughter had fish and chips. The fish was moist. We would definitely go back. Read more
Nice place. Eating while passing thru. Did not get mash potatoes because of they had garlic in it. So we got fries. Nothing... mentioning garlic on fries. My husband could not eat his. Told waitress thatvhe couldn't them , because of the garlic. I couldtaste it. She said oh no there is no garlic in our fry seasining. Looked it up on line, guess what the seasoning salt on theirfries is 23% garlic powder. She said she had worked there for years, and there wasn't garlic. Servers need to know thereproduct. What Manager will refuse to seat a paying customer after we were told the kitchen was overwhelmed. We offered to have a seat... and just get drinks and wait for the kitchen to get caught up. But oh no, flat out refused to seat us. Called after we left tospeak to manager and the person who answered the phone would not let me speak to them and hung up on me. Read more
Finally giving up completely on this Applebee's. The employees are usually distastefully rude. Especially, management and wait... staff. However that wouldn't be why this particular store is not worth the time or money. After ordering 8 steaks over 6 months.Every single steak was no cooked correctly. I either got rare with burnt parts outside when I wanted well done...or if I orderedmedium rare it was either completely bloody or cooked for so long it was too hard to cut with a steak knife. This last order isthe defining factor of what is acceptable or not. The lady bringing our food to us in curbside pickup. Literally almost droppedour food and then didn't even check inside the bag that she just basically tossed around. After getting home and still givingthe curbside employee a tip. I was still accepting of the slip and the mess she had left our meals in. However, when I cut intomy steak. I instantly regretted ordering from Lognasport's Applebee's yet again. Requesting a well done steak. Just to receive aburnt rare steak with all my sides and the other meals all spilled into each other. I decided I will never return to Applebee's.A $21 steak better be cooked correctly. Aside from literally throwing the bag around. This store should just close and allow abetter maintained store to take it's place. I want my food to be prepared in a place where safe food practices are in place.
