I am not sure if it lack of staffing or lack of training but service is never good here. We want to like this place but always... leave with items never brought to us or food is extremely slow to be brought to us. Every time we decide to give this place another chance, it always let's us down. Servers are usually good, but food always takes... longer than it should. I'm not one to complain, but 45 minutes for wings on a Wednesday is unacceptable. I'll try another BDubs, but I'm never going back to this one. Read more
The past several times we have had Buffalo Wild Wings, the meat in the burgers have been crunchy and paper thin! The chicken... sandwich was no better, it was basically two tenders on a bun. We cant get the wings there anymore either because there arefeathers still attached, not just once or twice but many times! We've done both dine-in and take out. Over an hour to get food. Our order apparently was being held up by WINGS. Brisket tacos and chicken sandwich were dry and... fries were barely warm. I would attribute to food sitting under the warming lamp. Fries that were ordered as a side with thewings were fresh and hot. If this was the first time, you might not be reading this review. However this has happened severaltimes. If you have an hour+ to wait this might be your type of place. If you want to eat and move on down the road, rethinkyour decision to eat here. Read more
The food was COLD!!! One server to the entire dining area... I counted many more that could pass food and drinks. Personal tip... for food industry never apologize ahead of time for service. Always take the amount of tables you can turn over and handle; putcustomers on a wait if you must. It's better than getting horrible service or cold food. Read more
Ordered online. Very small order: a burger and Buffalo tater tots. Website said order would be ready at 7:20, I get there about... 7:25. At first i could understand because it was a very busy night. But here I am still here waiting at 8:02 for my order. Thekitchen must be severely understaffed or devoid of ticket organization. The only redeeming factor was that the waitressinforming me about my order, has been very kind and courteous, even on a busy night. Read more
Multiple times I've been to this location and had nothing but problems, ONLY for take out. I'm not sure if there's a time... management issue or what the problem is but I will never order take out from here again! Placed my order at 7:27 didn't get myfood until 9:47!! Absolutely ridiculous! Dine in wasn't busy... However there were many take out people waiting for theirorders. Something needs to change! Read more
This is my favorite restaurant in Logansport and my favorite place to get wings there are so many amazing options. They have... some really good burgers as well. If you ever go here for dinner ask for Tristyn she is an amazing Waitress! Read more
