My Young Beautiful Bride and I visited the new Culver's restaurant in Logansport, this afternoon. The atmosphere was great and... so was the helpfulness and service. We both ordered the Culver's Cod Dinner and it was Super Fantastic. We will definitely bevisiting Culver's again. Read more
The staff is friendly, but their lobby was a mess. There were lots of people working, but nothing was stocked at the drink... station, and they didn't tell me they were out of cheese curds til we paid and sat down, then told me I had to talk to a managerif I wanted to replace them with anything but fries. I paid to upgrade my meal from fries to cheese curds, so I expectedsomething that matched the price. My kids cheese fries had chili on them (orders them no chili) and to top it off, hubby'ssandwich was missing the meat. There were flies buzzing around, and the chairs and floor were filthy. We waited 45 to 60 minutes. Whoever was handling drive thru wasnt doing both lanes. Allowing several cars from one lane. When... we get to the window they tell us they're out of custard and cant fulfill the order for the flavor of the day!!! Its only 714 pmas I write this and they're out of custard for the day? He said custard, not fotd. To top it off what they did gave my friend asher order was NOT the concrete she ordered!! Couldn't tell it had nuts until she started eating it. Good thing she didnt haveallergies to nuts when expecting something without them. Arent concretes made with custard? I dont understand his "we're out ofcustard" if they're still putting out concretes. So not going back anytime soon! If I could rate them negative 5 I would. Ordered six shakes. Waited a half an hour in drive thru. Didn't get my shakes. Walked inside, shakes were sitting on the back... counter,l. They were melted and I didn't get the right flavors from the order. This was order 164, October 15th 2022, Ifinally left without the right shakes at 8:38. My previous orders were good, but the night crew needs some work. They tookaround 25 minutes to make the shakes and the only person able to give us our order that was supposed to be brought to our carwas on a lady that was supposed to be on break. The chocolate shake that was promised to replace the wrong one in the order wasnever provided as we waited another ten minutes in our car and then left. A ten minute trip out for shakes took 55minutes. Great place to get food, just maybe don't go at night on Saturday. Read more

They did a phenomenal job on their first day of opening. Staff and food was incredible! Glad to have a Culver's close to home.
This particular store just opened this morning and I had to swing in just to see how they were going to handle things. Service... was quick and the food was really good so for a first day with new staff I think they're going to be okay. Will update this in afew weeks after another visit to see how they're doing.
