I loved the interior design! Very unique!! The only negative thing was I wanted to buy just a crunch cone without the ice cream... but the employee said I couldn't. Not for sure why, guess I could of just scooped the ice cream out, but didn't want to botherthe employee again! I think she needs a little more "Customer Service" training. Read more
So far we've only had the ice cream the several times we've stopped in. So many selections for sundaes and shakes. For instance... there's 100 sundae creations or you can pretty much have your own combo. Soft serve and hand packed options. Prices seem alittle better than other ice cream places in town. The person working the evening shift has always had a very pleasant attitude.It's nice when staff seems to enjoy their jobs. Since food and the ice cream parlor are staffed separately, I can only commenton our ice cream visits at this time, but I'm pretty sure we'd get good service at the food counter too. They have m-sat dailyfood specials (good ones - like buy 1 get 1 free). Each day is different and we are going to take advantage of them soon. Thank you to the new owners for absolutely ruining something that has been so great in our community. Food quality has just... dropped and tonight we got this burnt mess of a pizza. Managers wanted me to drive 25+ minutes to come back in to prove it tothem. No one cares there anymore. So sad. Read more

My family & I stopped here for dinner. What an absolutely terrible idea. Gray hamburgers that are flavorless, 7 fries in a... medium and just all around not good!! The place definitely needs a visit from the health department because it is FILTHY! Noneof our food was even hot. Thought we could order ice cream after the nasty food and my peach ice cream was completely freezerburnt and tasteless. My sons blue moon was as well. The m&ms on my husbands sundae were rancid. Who buys a restaurant anddoesn't even clean? Oh & do yourself a favor and stay far away from the bathrooms! This place used to be a great place to get food! The place has definitely went down hill since the new owners took over. The... place closes at 10 but stops serving ice cream at 8. Really? Had to go elsewhere to get that, which is crazy. The staff is notvery friendly at all. Everything I go there they are always rude and never smiling or seem to be happy. Bob had such a greatthing going, not sure what is going on now. Sad. Read more

This restaurant used to be a great experience but after being purchased by Penguin Point it?s on a death spiral. We showed up... around 1 PM for lunch and the place was about empty. No pizza bar, no salad bar, no ice cream parlor open. I asked if they hadchicken strips (not on menu) and was told they had a 4 piece meal. I ordered that and ended up getting 3 strips not 4. Apparently a meal doesn?t include a drink. By the time my order was entered that turned into a $12-$13 lunch. My wife orderedchili and it was too spicy to eat. My father in law ordered a hot dog with ketchup and onion and it came with ketchup andmustard. The water now costs $0.25 and the fountain pop machine to get free refills has also been yanked out. We probably won?tbe back as the prices are way too high and food not that good. We miss you Bob Shanks. Read more
