1st start off our server EMILY acted like she was completely spaced out & didn?t know anything. It took her 20 minutes to bring... out our drinks. She would go a long period of time not coming to our table to check up on us or bring us what we asked for. Wethen wanted to place a to go order of the crispy chicken salad which took them 30 mins to make. When the crispy chicken saladwas brought out we seen this. Was seated quickly in lounge/bar area. Took bartenders 20 minutes to greet us. It was not busy and bartender with blue eyeshadow... was not apologetic once my coworker said how long we waited. Do not recommend bar area at least. Read more
Took 1.5 hours when the restaurant was empty. Blamed being short staffed but many weren't doing anything. Bourbon Chicken was... way too garlicky. My daughter's yogurt had a crouton in it!?!? Salads were brought with food, not before so we had to send thefood back so it wouldn't be cold by time we ate. Grilled Chicken was over cooked. Salad was made wrong. Waiter had to come back3 or more times asking us what we ordered because he wasn't writing anything down. Read more
The food was just okay. The place was empty but service was a little slow. Server was slow, we asked for plates to go with our... appetizer; by the time he brought the plates we had finished the appetizer. I was not a fan of the house salad, had some sortof unusual taste not good. The soup arrived in a PAPER bowl. This was dine in NOT takeout. My salad arrived in an actual bowl. The server was great even though they were clearly understaffed and over seated. However, the food was atrocious. One of the... worst meals I've ever had. I got the four cheese Mac n cheese with chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were OK, the sauce wasgood but they were tiny and over cooked. The noodles were COLD, like refrigerated cold and SO overcooked. Even my 2 year oldwouldn't eat them and he eats week-old, soggy Goldfish he finds in his carseat. Other orders at my table included an appetizersampler and the bourbon chicken and shrimp. All of which were terrible to the point of not being able to eat them. Needless tosay, we won't be back. The server could have been friendlier. My boyfriend and I went in for the $5.99 burger special. I enjoyed it and the brownie... with ice cream for dessert is a steal for $1.49! Read more
I wish I could put negative stars. Terrible services. I ordered drink and it took 20 mins as I sat thirsty. The food was burnt... and horrible. You lost a customer and I do not recommend. If you want better quality food and same type go to Chilis. Also therewas random onion in Mac n cheese?? What????? Read more
