Went with a large party. All of our food was served at different times and the waiter kept forgetting what a few of us ordered.... Forgot my meal roughly 8 times. Food was slow. Took over an hour while more than half our table got food. By the time me and acouple people got their food everyone was already finished and ready to go. We came in after 9pm on 2 nights last week, and we were a large party. Your servers were AWESOME!! They were so organized... taking drink and food orders, and the food came out pretty quickly. They were just spot on in the customer service, the wholetime!! Read more
Every time I go there my steak is always cooked wrong and not just once it takes them three different times taking it back to... cook it right and still always wrong. I?m not sure what?s going on but to me I think they need better cooks and on top of thatthe server get rude and u can hear them talk about you to others workers. They definitely don?t try to hide it. Online order was placed over an hour ahead of the scheduled pick up time. It was over 30 minutes late. Everything was prepared... incorrectly. Buffalo sauce was supposed to be on the side. The portion sizes were pathetic for what they're charging!!! My sonskids meal was put in a cup they use for sides and it wasn't half full. The shrimp for my fajitas were TINY, like salad shrimpalmost. They subbed my triple dipper skillet queso for white queso and put pico and old guacamole on them. They put pico in bothour beans when we asked for it on the side. No sauce for the molten lava cake. The chips were stale. As a slap in the face, theyoffered me a $15 coupon that they can keep. Ordered food, the triple dipper to be exact. Once the food was ready I opened and began to eat the chicken first and the texture... immediately felt off. I began to break the chicken apart to find that none of the pieces were cooked properly. Literally rawmeat. I can say that the manager who came to the phone was very apologetic however this can not happen. Read more
