My goodness, please pray over your food that you don?t get sick from eating at this place. Moreover I will never go back. Every... inch of this restaurant with the exception of the lobby is dirty. Disgusting and nasty environment. Update 12-2-22: I wanted togive this place a second chance after I noticed they started to keep the counters clean. However there?s another integrity issuewhere a particular staff who?s an African American has major attitude and charge you extra cost when you don?t order it. He?llcharge you for extra chicken or caso( however it?s spelt ???????). Watch your receipt for extra cost. Is he pocketing the moneyat the end of the day or he?s just disgruntled. Bad customer service and disparate treatment between customers from young man working tortillas in the front. It was my young... son?s first visit and we had hyped it up to him. He was so excited. Very disappointed! We got 1 burrito, a side of way over cooked burnt steak, and a side of queso with 2 drinks and was 40 dollars... ! The burrito was mediocre, they didn't even know how to wrap it, the steak was way over cooked and they charged for a large bagof chips that was not enough.. and who pays for chips at a Mexican restaurant.. will not be back. Never order online delivery, it?s impossible to contact or cancel order. Store DOES NOT answer phone at all, just keep... redirecting to online use. Then if you finally speak to a Chipotle person and explain you?ve been trying to cancel for an hourthey?ll say ?just wait for your order? and hang up on you. So unbelievably frustrating and unnecessary. Simply being able totalk to a worker would?ve solved all these issues. Read more

I had a very negative experience at this location. I placed an online order and everything was ok until I opened the taco I... ordered? There was a long, black hair in the melted cheese in the taco. I went back and told them, and the cashier just lookedat it and glared at me as if I was lying, and said ?I?ll get someone to remake it,? and rolled her eyes. No apology, nothing.Then she bitterly showed it to the other employees as if she was showing them something I did. It would?ve been different if shewas telling them what they did but they were smiling and giggling. I (very obviously to them) don?t have long or black hair, sohow could it have been me??? And then I got the taco back and it was barely wrapped and not a single word was said to me. Onceagain, there was still no apology or anything said to make up for this. I didn?t see a single employee wearing a hair net. Iwon?t be going back unless I somehow see that this location is more sanitary and cautious of things like this. Read more

Food is generally very tasty. You have to be mindful of being short changed on the amount of protein you choose... sometimes I... have to ask them to add more steak, etc. Staff is generally nice. Place is clean. Nice music. Drinks selection is good.Everything is fresh. They do NOT have children's menu unfortunately. They should have a Jr size burrito.
