We had heard good things about this restaurant, and the place always seemed to be busy, but we had not eaten here until last... night. The service was great, and our server was very friendly and attentive, but the food left something to be desired. Flavor! I ordered the Grande Burrito with steak, and nothing in the dish was seasoned. The burrito consisted of a largetortilla filled with unseasoned steak and unseasoned rice. Mostly rice. On top of the burrito was watered down red and greensauces, but neither one had any flavor. The entire dish was bland, bland, bland. This could be a great restaurant, if only thecooks ate what they served. The best part of the meal was the $2.99 margarita. I would not return based on our firstexperience. Read more

I'm new to the Loganville and Snellville area and was looking for a great Mexican restaurant. I searched for like ten minutes... checking reviews. Out of the other restaurants this one balanced out the most good reviews. I will definitely add I was readingto see which restaurant had good margaritas and the reviews don't do Cielos justice.. The drinks, food, service and atmospherehere is amazing. We had the Texas drink and it was great you can actually taste the liquor unlike some other restaurants. Thefood was very good we went on a Wednesday and they had a live Dj and he killed it. Great music, food , drinks and staff . Alsothe manager walked around to greet everyone and to make sure our orders were satisfying. I definitely recommend and will be backsoon!!! Read more

I?m a long time frequenter of Cielo Blue but have never written a much necessary review. This place is fantastic! The food, the... atmosphere, and the staff combine to create an amazing experience no matter when you visit. I?ve had the pleasure of having Grimas my waitress a few times and I must say, she is the best!!! Lovely conversation and she?s very prompt with everything. Decent. Worth it to try if you're in the area. But they get busy and kitchen is slow. I'll give them benefit of the doubt on a... backed up kitchen on my most recent visit because they were busy. However, this wasn't the first time. Finally willing to reviewoverall based on several visits. Ordered online and said would be ready in 45 minutes. Got there about 50 minutes and then toldit would still be 20-30 minutes. So about an hour and twenty minutes (80 minutes) after ordering we had food for a pickup order.This was not our first time eating here, but haven't had that long a wait for food. Place was packed and took a while to havesomebody acknowledge us at all when we arrived. The food is okay. It's got some temperature inconsistencies when delivering toyour table. As though some food had been done a while and NOT under a heat lamp. Cheese dip has been lumpy and not hot enoughto re-melt the lumps. Sent it back to take about 15 minutes to get it back (after main food arrived asked if the cheese dip wascoming back, and then it showed up again...still lumpy!). Order correctness - it's 50/50 for complete order correctness. Eatingin of course allows them to correct the issues, but when you get pickup and don't notice they've forgotten something until youget home you just live with it. It's mostly small stuff (not reading requests for items to be "on the side" or "additional", butstill...annoying). I can think of about 3 other places just as close to the area that I would probably rather frequent (anddo). But others wanted this option for the day. Read more

Went in to order to go.... Atmosphere was very friendly, everyone seems happy. The bartender ( forgot his name) was very focused... and moving fast making the drinks and politely taking my order. This used to be my husbands and I favorite restaurant above any other Mexican food restaurant and my husband is from California... however the food has gone down hill. Nothing has flavor anymore and I ordered delivery today and I received 6 pieces of chickenand a bowl full of onions and peppers in a fajita plate. No flavor on the fajitas and there?s literally 2 whole onions in thereand almost no meat. Read more
