Every time I order this location through the app, they never have my order ready when I get there. Today I gave them 20 minutes... instead of the 15 minutes they ask for, and they hadn?t even started my order yet. There were 4 people working and 1 customerwhen I walked in. Read more

My wife and I stopped in for lunch. We stood at the counter for several minutes while the employees sat at a table on their... phones. Finally one said to the other hey you have customers. He took his time getting behind the counter and acted like wewere putting him out to do his job. If you don't like you job, get a different one. I suspect he just wanted to show up for apaycheck and not actually work for it. It's called work for a reason. There was one guy who came out from the back who wasactually busy the whole time. He swept behind the counter and was busy filling the sandwich ingredients. When tables are ALLdirty, you should not be on your phone. We cleaned off our own table before sitting down to eat. On a positive note, the subswere tasty and we will visit Jersey Mikes again, maybe just another location. Read more
I'm standing in the shop right now and haven't even gotten a chance to taste the food but a gentleman by the name of Kel greeted... me and asked me about my day, said he was happy to be here, etc. Just that effort of customer service right there made me feellike my money being spent there is appreciated. This place is always on point. Always fresh food and always friendly staff. The sandwich line employees never rush you , they... are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. They will serve you up a 5 star Sub if you let them EVERY SINGLE TIME. Read more
I deliver with Uber and DoorDash and the men that work during the day are always on it. Even when they are busy the orders are... always perfect and ready to pick up as soon as I walk in the door. Decided to go here for my Lunch break. My husband had given me a Free Regular sandwich card. Went in one person welcomed me.... Others were busy. ( Understandable) They made sure I was taken care of. Got to check out gave them my card for the freeSandwich. Then said it would be card to pay for my chips and drink. They told me the slide does not work. Said I could go downto Walmart and use the ATM. If I did that .... I would be paying double for chips and a drink with the ATM fee. Also loosingtime on my lunch break . Opted out on chips and drink.
