I am disappointed almost every time I visit this location. The hot n ready pizzas are never ready. There's always only 1 or 2... people working at a time. And, there is no system/order to getting pizzas out in a timely matter to the first come first servedto waiting customers. Management must step it up!! People do leave and will continue to leave if this is not addressed. Pleasedo better to serve and work with customers as we adjust to the increases in price. Read more

Two times I have been there for a hot and ready pepperoni pizza. Not only was it not hot but it was not ready. When I was told... 15 to 20 minutes I told the girl to FORGET IT! I won't go back. The manager needs to get on the ball. Read more

This location is extremely friendly and is able to rapidly turn around even large orders. They were a life saver on Halloween... when other pizza places would not even respond to an online order and were just rude on the phone to us. This is my pizza placeof choice going forward. Nothing here is ever "Hot N Ready". The wait times are long which is weird because I swear they're supposed to be quicker than... any of their competitors. I mean is that not the selling point ????. You come in and the young man doesn't get off his phone oracknowledge you. So I awkwardly stand there until he does. He doesn't speak up, he basically whispers, "what you want?" Boyexcuse me?!! Lmao. Until today, I didn?t know what was worse- the customer service or quality of food. But today, at least my pizza was hot... (because it was made to order instead of hot and ready). But while waiting for my pizza, I witnessed the front counter personneldisregard a waiting customer to check the falcons game and another customer being lied to saying they were out of crazy breadwhen the employee in the back was buttering an order. If zero stars were an option, this place would definitely get it. This location has a bunch of young workers. The service has... gotten worse over time. Online and pre-orders are never ready when you get there. The young guys working there play around andcurse at each other in the back while the store is full of customers. I went to order a cheese pizza and was told it would be a45 min to 1 hr wait. This location needs a makeover, starting with the employees and then the actual store itself. Read more

I feel so bad for this location. You can't even sit inside and wait for an order it's so hot inside. I asked the nice guy taking... my order and he said there's no AC in this store like they were promised! It's 107° degrees inside that place! The same asoutside and if not hotter in the kitchen while they cooknpizzas all day! Cmon Little Ceasers treat your employees BETTER! Theydeserve more pay for this. There definitely better than me. I wouldn't show up to a place that abuses their employees! Theywould have gotten more stars but I hate that the employees are in an unsafe environment to work in. Read more

I visited the store late yesterday evening. The only reason I am giving this store 5 stars is simply because of the staff... working during this time. My wife attempted several times to order online and wasn't able to. When I went to the store, I wasmet by A.A. and Josh, who were polite. They informed me that the system was shut down and they couldn't open the registers. They could only accept cash and no credit cards. I was told that I had to order online and when I informed them that wecouldn't, they once again politely took our order and made sure we were served hot, fresh pizza. Let me add that many customerswere coming in complaining and each time, the complaints were handled professionally, even though the customers were notfriendly at all. Also, when I asked for a manager, I was informed that they had been trying to reach one, and the manager wouldnot answer the phone. As a franchise, the owner needs to step up and make sure the operating systems are working properly andhe/she needs to be very appreciative that the staff handled this situation great. Also want to give a shout out to Dane, Jen,and Dylan. The evening team worked well together giving the working conditions they dealt with. Read more
