It's my first time eating inside here and it is very dirty. We got the spray and cleaned our own area. They were out of happy... meals. The playground is open though which was the only reason we came. It was dirty. An alarm continued to go off. It wasannoying. It took a long time to get food as well. I heard there is new management. The relationship with this location is a love hate one. If you like McDonald's you have to love them because they are the only... one in town. But the hate us when their payment system is down (due to a lightning strike) for days! During that time it wascash only. It didn't make the line any shorter. Or even after being fixed the wait any less. I sat waiting in curbside 20min.when it should be about 5. Had to go in and get it myself. This location always messes up something rather you go in or order online. How hard is it to give door dash the correct food?... When they just have to simply ask the driver what's the order. Also they male you pull over and wait just to still bring outwrong order. The morning supervisor has a very nasty attitude. What about customers satisfied? Read more
Went for lunch, took 17 minutes to get our 2 big Mac meals, then the big mac's weren't made right. Management had them remade,... took another 7 minutes. And the dining area was trashed. Management seemed to have no control over employees. One was told tosweep, all he did was make a couple of sweeps with the broom, no dust pan and walked off. In the pictures you will see thetrashed dining area and employees standing around while customers are waiting way too long for orders. This part was from May2021: We were there to watch the Ride for America motorcycle parade. We tried to go in for a sit down breakfast. Lobby doorswere locked, it was drive through only. Everything was in bag except for my extra hash brown. 2 for $1 on my app. Then a few mornings ago I almost got hit by a truck... because he was coming over in my lane. Sorry but I need the road bigger so people like him can swing wide! Ugh Read more
Seeing management and staff sitting and braiding hair while their location was falling apart, filthy from the entrance to the... bathrooms was very frustrating. Not one table was clean and ready to receive dine-in guests. Trash had obviously not beentaken out as trash cans were topped over. Floors had not been swept nor mopped. Bathrooms were dirty too. The issues seendidn't seem to be from being short staffed as we saw plenty of staff standing around, helping themselves to refills or sittingand chatting. This location appears to be suffering from poor and unorganized management. Food took longer than it should tocome out. Drive-thru lines were long outside, patrons inside seemed anxious and impatient, waiting for their food too. Whenfood finally came out, it was a mess and not even fresh to justify the long wait. Food was lukewarm and chewy, even the fríeswere not hot. Burgers were badly wrapped, boxes were greasy and food overall was not prepared with care (at all). The wholeexperience was bad. I always come to this location workers are either nice or really rude. Tonight I got off of work and get a late night dinner and... I asked two cheeseburgers large meal, 20 nuggets the spicy chicken sandwich large meal with coke and a filet o fish sandwich.And instead I got this once large fries two apple pies 3 mc chicken and one cheese burger. And I went back and they were alreadyclosed, I usually I check my order on the spot but I was just tired and just to get home and eat. But now I can?t so I can showthem they got it wrong and have to wait until tomorrow to TRY and get a refund or if they can give me my food correctly. Read more
Was the only person in line at the time I placed my order. Ordered food and paid then moved to pick up window was handed drinks.... Was asked to park and they would bring out the rest of my order which consisted of big mac meal and ten piece nugget meal. Not alarge order. They brought me my food but no fries were in the bag. Told the lady. I waited for a few minutes then decided toback up to the window and ask for my fries. Mind you there was no one else in line and only one person had gone through behindme. She asked to see my receipt. I showed it to her. Then she asked me to pull down and park again for the two large fries. Foodsucked and service did too.
