HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have never had such a horrible experience at an establishment. I was ordering drive through and... gave the lady my card. She gave me my food and I had one egg roll. I questioned if there were suppose to be two (because that'swhat's pictured). She rolled her eyes and said no there is only one. My ragoon were leaking in the small bag. I got a plate andonly got a bowl sized portion. The lady at the window needs to be fired. She was very impolite and when I went to question myportion size she slammed the window in my face. I read other reviews some complaining about how the food looks, wrong item, portions yada yada yada. It?s easy folks, just go... inside and order your food. Remember how you did when you ate Chinese food in the Food Court at the mall? It?s exactly that. See what looks good what doesn?t. Not enough rice? My husband and I came through drive thru order 2 meals and a large side of super green's . When we sat down to eat when... we got home the green's are brown and wilted and mushy. Broccoli is almost burnt. I can not believe this was even served. Thispanda express generally does a good job. Read more

This location used to be good, idk what is happening if it is management but the food is terrible! I ordered today I usually get... a bowl of fried rice and walnut shrimp. The rice was not cooked properly it was so grainy I had to throw it away. The shrimp wasnot as bad plus the food was cold smh. I also ordered a kids meal for my daughter and they literally gave her a baby spoon orrice you can not really see it in the picture but this is ridiculous especially if you are a paying customer. They definitelyneed to change the cook this is probably my 2nd time getting the fried rice & the rice is not cooked properly no one wants toeat hard rice. If I can give a zero star I would. The rice smells bad and is spoiled. I can?t believe they would serve me this spoiled, mushy... rice. I know if a rice is bad because I always eat rice and I grew up on a rice field and I know what?s fresh and spoiled riceis. I?m not gonna go back for a second time to have them fix it as I already went back for them to correct the order as theyoriginally messed it up.
