Poorly managed. The checkout line wraps from the drink section all the way to the cashier. Only one person checking out... customers. The other person making pizza with total disregard of how many customers are in line. Read more
I travel all over north Georgia for business, and this is by far the least friendly and least clean of the Racetracs I visit.... The clerks and Asst Mgr are more concerned with carrying on a conversation with each other than to properly greet or speak tocustomers. The trash cans outside by the pumps regularly looks like the pic attached. This is not an isolated incident. Omarthe Mgr is great. Rest of the staff, especially the Asst Mgr, need to be refreshed in positive customer service skills. Read more
Nice place to get snacks, coffee, beer or other typical convenience store items. Reasonable gas prices as well. The only thing... is the store itself is not open 24/7. They lock the doors around midnight and don't open the store until around 6 AM. The hoursshown here are misleading. Read more

If only I could give 0 stars. Went in to get gas today pulled up to the pump began filing. I look over to see my car filled with... bees. My children freaking out. Trying to keep them calm so they don't get stung I stopped filing (didn't even finish filling mytank) and pulled off to a parking spot and slowly get them all out of my car. Checked my children and went to let an employeeknow about the issue. I was told "yea I know" which upset me he did not seem sympathetic at all that my car was filled with beesmy children could have been stung. Thank goodness they are not allergic to them, but others are not that lucky. I personallyswell up so bad it stops my blood flow to the limb that was stung. So I would have suffered very much if I was stung by thebees. Not to mention the ones who will go into anaphylactic shock, stop breathing and potentially die from a bee sting. This iscompletely unacceptable. I will be contacting the health department as well. This location knowingly let a bee problempersistent that could have resulted in hospitalization or worse to its guests. And they respond. "Yea, I know." Do betterracetrack. Not cool at all..
