I have been to several Shane's Rib Shacks across the country. I have never been turned away till today at the Loganville... location. As I write this they are still open, but would not serve me. Told me I could not have dine in, because they closed in10 minutes. I could not do a carryout, because I am traveling. I truly hope Shane gets this location back in line. I give them two stars because if the lack of cleaning at this location. The floors have not been cleaned in a very long time.... They are very sticky and you can clearly see the layers of grime on them. I mentioned it to the lady at the register herresponse was corporate only give them $200 per month allowance to use towards cleaning, say what? Last time at this locationnever again Read more
Just moved to Loganville and thought I would try one of my favorites BBQ place. First time I went they were not taking orders... for at least 30 minutes so I left. Went back a second time on Labor day. Opened my order and it was basically 2 spoon full ofchopped pork and 5 wings. Paid $ 20 for this and added a $4 tip. Not going back again. Read more
I was at the location in Loganville Ga I never got my food. I spoke with the lady manager I asked her three times to quit... apologizing about not receiving my food and to please go in the kitchen and see what the problem is. She said I was being rude.I walked out without my food or money. There were only 4 customers in the restaurant. Read more
It took a while for someone to take my order. I had to wait a while for my food, others inside the restaurant were complaining... of their wait time for their food. I believe that they were short staffed. The girl that did the register, had to help bag thefood in the back. My food was good. They got my order right. This was my first time going to this location.
