Went and ordered a medium Dr Pepper. Used my debit card and the next morning noticed another charge for $7.20. Two charges made... to my card. Ended up paying 11$ for a medium soda. Called and spoke with someone who said she was the General Manager. She wasvery rude and obviously couldn?t have cared less. She took my phone number and promised to look into it and call me back. Fourdays later and no word from her. I get that sonic is not a five star restaurant and 7$ isn?t a ton of money, but it?s wrong andit should be refunded immediately with an apology. So, my husband went today 8/13/22, n got me a caramel Sunday, they gave him chocolate!!! I can't have that due to food... allergies....i guess they're trying to get rid of me once n for all.... I visited this sonic location on July 31, most of thedrive up devices weren't on so I went through the drive thru- 25 minutes later, I'm still in the drive-thru lane.. Horrible wait. Waited 25 minutes for cheeseburger and shake. She explained they only had 4 people working, she was so nice... explaining and my order was right, food was exactly what I expected, great Burger and shake which made it worth the wait!!! Would have only 1 star if it weren't for the lady, who I'm assuming was the manager/supervisor on duty, helping out and being... friendly about it. A girl brings out my order. I say, "Are the ketchup packets in here?" She stares blankly. Then I repeat andshe says yes. They weren't in there. No ketchup. I ordered 4 packets My daughter's burger meat was hard in places. I went into request a remake. Couldn't remember what my daughter asked to leave off the burger so I asked the same girl what came on theburger and she didn't even know how the burgers were served. She kept staring blankly like she was lost. Finally the managerjumped in and found the order and remade the sandwich....however, my daughter still only ate half because the edges were toohard still. The manager was nice and did step in. That's why they earned 2 stars instead of 1. -Onion Rings: Hard. Thin. TooCrispy. Over fried. -The Frychos: I wanted just cheese and onions. Got fries, Onions, and like 1/8 tsp of cheese. Seriously. Seethe photo. Ordered breakfast from this location and while they were very friendly the food was very unpleasant. Ordered the cinnnabun bites... and received them both uncooked and without the frosting which needless to say didn't make my son very happy. Also my breakfastburrito was ice cold. Read more
Service Horrible spent 5 waiting for someone to take my order and another 20+ waiting to get a simple hotdog and drink. Please... fire everyone on shift they be playing on company time, not working At All!! Hire people with better attitudes that know how totake simple orders and fix them. Attached you will see a menu picture of the burger I ordered... and two pictures of what I received. In would say he burger was... like a billboard for false advertising, but it was too busy being a billboard for the word disgusting. This 'burger' tastedawful, did not have the tomatoes or onions, but it did have some disgusting, wilted lettuce slime on it. The fries that camewith it were cold and greasy. Sadly this was a second try. A few months ago, I got their 'Chicken Tenders Dinner". MerriamWebster should probably sue them for defaming the word "dinner" . It came with these comically tiny... uh... things that weresupposed to be chicken tenders. They did make great comedy when I posted how absurdly tiny these things were. Great service! It was my first time there. Our son wanted Sonic food, so we stopped there. The place was packed. I love being... able to wait in your car while the order is fulfilled. We accidentally spilled a milkshake and was given a replacement withoutany fuss. The server was very helpful. Read more
