Went through to drive through to pick up my mobile order #971551, this location had an extensive wait, on top of not having my... order (which may or may not be staff?s fault) but staff had to use my phone to see what the order was instead of trying torecover the order on their system and still was a taco short. The lady working the window was polite but the coworkerssurrounding her were rude and definitely not trying to keep busy, and speaking with fast food experience, for there to be abacked up drive through line the staff was awfully lackadaisical, and unconcerned about the hold up. Took me 30 minutes to get a#8 with an extra Doritos taco and and a nacho fry deluxe box, Not exactly a hefty order. Will be coming back to this locationsimply due to my own lack of discipline and it?s close, but this location definitely needs either better management or a staffthat is there to work. Read more
Every time I come at night I spend about 40 mins. or more trying 2 get a late night snack! TERRIBLE!! It is not a good stop that... you want to make if you think you will be quick. I'm tired of coming here & getting the same experience. Owner, if you arereading this, please do an Undercover Boss to find out what is going on & FIX this! PLEASE... Food was good. Service was good. They were so understaffed that they closed the dining room and were serving drive thru and... pick up orders only. Not the employees fault because they showed up for work. Leaders, where are you at?? Read more
Absolutely horrible service. Inside has filthy sticky floors and and on the tables and floors. They're so slooooow it's not even... funny. Twenty minutes+ for a few tacos. They claim to be open for breakfast but never are. Update 07/15 : While they are nowopen for breakfast most of the time, and the staff are much better, they won't honor online prices, nor can the get the ordersright. Read more
Pretty great by local standards compared to other fast food in the area. Can have a very heavyweight late in the evening due to... staffing challenges. However, extremely friendly team with consistent food and service quality. Read more
The lobby was super nasty all the tables dirty. Employees around doing anything only one or two were working. Is my favorite... fast food but sure not coming back to this location. The picture is for the cleanest table that we found. Read more
Overpriced for 2 #6"s came to $25.00. Couldn't see the price on the drive thru menu board. Other than that the food was good.... Just over priced. Thanks Jim Read more
