Food was a big disappointment. Got 2 chicken finger plates, and asked for double fries instead of having coleslaw. The chicken... fingers were cold and very small, and the French fries were cold and mostly nonexistent, even though I asked extra to swap outthe coleslaw. The drive thru was busy so I'm not sure how the food seemed to be old and left out. I also went to the restroom towash my hands before receiving my food. The soap dispenser did not work, so I had to open the wall mounted dispenser to squeezesome soap out. Then the paper towel dispenser did not work. I figured no big deal, I will just grab some napkins to dry myhands. Wouldn't you know it, no napkins out either. Had to wait and ask for napkins to dry them off. All that just to wash myhands...needless to say I do not think i will be going back anytime soon. The remodeling did look great though, but that doesn'tmean anything to me when the food is mediocre. If I could give zero stars I would, we just spent $30 on dinner tonight and couldn?t eat any of it as every meal smelled/tasted... like cigarettes. I don?t know if the cooks are smoking while cooking the food and letting ashes go all over the food but ithonestly tasted like someone was using dirty ash tray water for seasoning. Do better zaxbys! We went though the drive through an hour and a half before close and they were only serving tenders, fries, and toast. I work in... food service and it seems like they were shutting things down early to clean or something. I see in other reviews that this is acommon practice. We just left and went somewhere else to eat because I wanted a salad. Read more

I just placed a simple order in the drive through window. A Big Zac Snack. Then when I get to the window the girl rudely takes... my card and then tells me to park. After 5 minutes they bring out the food with no drink. I have to ask for them to bring it tome. I noticed the bag was awfully light so I checked the order I was shocked to see 1 whole chicken strip and a half one alongwith half the fries missing and no bread. Then to look further you could see they gave me food that someone had already beeneating. I went in to complain but they totally ignored me. The only one with any concern was the guy putting together the orderwho heard me from the counter and made it right. I asked to speak to a manager but no one made an appearance. I have been comingto this store for years and it has totally gone downhill the past 4 months. Most of these workers have a bad attitude, nocommon sense, no people skills, and don't even deserve minimum wage. This store is a total disgrace and a health hazard to servefood that someone has already dug through and eaten. They might want to invest in kiosks, then you can place an order, have thecook fix it, and get your food order right. I have been going to Zaxbys locations all over the country for years butunfortunately this is the worst one in the country. Read more

Having worked in the food industry for a number of years, I understand running out of items that may be on the menu. But... lettuce? When you?re in front of a Publix should not be one of them. This was the 3rd time we got take out salads and they were tiny! I actually told the guy that was taking my order but he didn't... seem to care at all. My husband who seldom complains told me to call so I did. I spoke to Kimberly the manager and she was verynice. I'm giving 3 stars due to speaking to her otherwise I wouldn't even give 1 star. Went to this location for lunch and ordered a Cajun Club meal.Had to throw away the whole chicken due to it being hard as a... rock. Consider another location if you?re limited on lunch time.. unless you want to end up like me and eat a meatless sandwichand fries. Read more
