I?ve not had any good experiences here at the Subway in Lolo, MT. There was one night I arrived at around 7:50 PM when the store... closes at 9 PM. The young guy behind the counter looked at me and said ?maybe I could close early if customers would stop comingin?, well he had one of his friends sitting in the corner eating Subway And then begrudgingly went along to make my sandwichand the customer behind me?s sandwich. Later when I was trying to use the card reader to check out the employee said I shouldleave a tip, and I definitely was not going to after the comment he made earlier. On a separate occasion I put in an orderonline at around 7:45 PM, again when the store closed at 9 PM. Only to arrive at the store the employee was out of all of hissubway cloths in basketball shorts, with two of his friends helping him clean the facility. He had not even looked at our orderyet and it had been 15 minutes. My husband said the chime had been going off for about 2 to 3 minutes while he stood there, thechime signifying we had put in an online order. And when the guy finally came out from around the corner he said oh shut up tothe machine making the alarm alerting him of our order. So my husband had to wait for him to make the meal. This place is out of EVERYTHING, ALL THE TIME. I don't know if the owner can't figure out how to run a franchise or if it is... the fact that the employee's pay checks bounce all the time so they just quit doing their jobs properly but, this place isconstantly out of inventory or closed by 745pm. It's 12 pm on Saturday the 16th. One guy was in here dying alone with a huge line. Kept saying sorry for the wait. Felt pretty... bad for him. Another guy comes in halfway through the rush and clocks in and spend a bunch of other time grabbing a new knife orthings from the back. Whenever he did start helping with the line he did not care at all. Bro put a whole single pile of peppersin the middle of the sandwich and left it while putting a mountain of spinach on one half and a few shreds of lettuce on theother half. Ordered a pro, didn't get the extra meat. The herbs and cheese bread had barely any herbs. If you order online don't expect them... to actually read the order because they don't. When I showed up to pick my order up the doors were locked but it was 2 hours toclosing. Read more
Beyond slow. It took 25 minutes for me to finally checkout. I could understand if it was busy but it was not maybe 4 people in... front of me. There should be no reason it takes that long. Read more
I love Subway, the food is great and its within walking distance (about a mile there). I usually use the app so it can be ready... by the time I walk there only to find when I get home that they didn't even read the special instructions. They always offer tofix it but I can't be bothered to walk another 2 mile round trip just because they messed up. Read more
