Every single time I order food from this McDonald's the fries are always cold. Why is that? Why can't they get it right? Even... the hamburger was on the cold side. Come on. This McDonalds is always screwing up our orders and taking forever. Went through the drive through, waited in front like they... told us. 4 cars came, waited, and left too. Come to find out they gave away our order to someone else and no one bothered tocheck. We waited 20 minutes, which was most of my wife's lunch. Read more
Very rude encounter today with Josie(drive thru)! Other days were always great. My autistic 4 year old son happened to scream... when she was going to take my order so she told someone "someone screamed again so I'm not taking her order".... verydisappointed. Read more
So I came at 9:55, over an hour before they close. I ordered the cactus plant flea market box, which they said they ran out of,... which I completely understood. I then ordered a caramel frappe, and they said they already shut down the ice cream machines tostart cleaning them. Why are they shutting down and cleaning their machines over an hour before closing?? Anyway, I then ordereda sweet tea and then a sprite, both of which they said they were out of again. The guy at the drive thru was very nice about itso I wasn?t too upset about it. When we got to the drive thru, we asked for ranch, the lady said okay and never put ranch in thebag. I asked for mac sauce on the side, which I get every time I?ve came here for the past 4 years, and she said that they don?tgive out mac sauce on the side. It's McDonald's and this location is on it. I go here a 2-5 times a month during the busy and slow times. We are all human and... make mistakes. In 5 years my order was wrong 2 times. I am not complaining about those 2 times at all. I love this locationespecially because it's .75 miles away from me. Thank you for your customer service. Read more
I had the most bizarre experience! It was REALLY BAD. We walked inside the store to order and the bathroom was not... accessible. Then, we decided to order and, then, ask to use the facilities. The cashier at the front DEMANDED we order from thekiosk! She, literally, REFUSED to take our order at the register. The cashier did not like me using my knuckle to tap thescreen (per COVID safety). She, quickly, ran to me as a ruse to come and nag me about how to properly use "...the tablet!" Sheattempted to try and help us do an order for a Happy Meal. She should not find the option for 'cheeseburger," so, finally, sheagreed to take our order at the register. There, she was rude and insisted that I could not increase the size of the Happy Mealdrink to a medium! She said "...she knows things..." and it was not an option! What the heck! SO WEIRD! Then, anotheremployee came and showed the cashier how to get me the Happy Meal with a medium soda. The cashier insisted she was doing me"...a courtesy!" How rude! She proceeded to ask if my boyfriend intended on sharing any of his food with me... Was sheinsinuating we were overeating?????! After finally paying and waiting (I did use the restroom), when getting our order after ourname had been called, the employee giving us our food THREW A DIP CUP INTO OUR BAG AND SAID "NEXT TIME, PAY FOR IT...," after myboyfriend asked for a dip! It was incredibly rude and the experience was very awkward. My review was over and the employee thatthrew the dip at us came up and began sweeping all around our table and, even, underneath!!!
