Disgusting person working here. I was paying at the drive through and literally saw a worker dig into a breakfast sandwich bag... with their ungloved hand and literally just felt over the egg, the meat, etc. It's was weird as if she was trying to feel allparts of the sandwich or. maybe separate the pieces. For what reason I don't know. I even thought maybe she is going to removeegg from the sandwich but she never took anything off the sandwich but what she did do once removing her hand from the bag isflick egg and food particles that had got under her fingernails from digging in the sandwich in the air. I feel so sorry forwhomever ordered that breakfast sandwich. Eww. Please practice good clean hygiene when handling others food. Read more

I haven't had a bad experience at this Starbucks every but today the AM crew here on Wednesday rock. I had called in an order... for a traveler the afternoon before and sadly it wasn't relayed to them but they knocked out my order along with the morningrush inside and the drive thru! The way this Starbucks is run matches its gorgeous and special architecture which, is nouveau modern, comfortable, familiar to... travelers and airy for locals. Locals however do rotate through the local coffee shops and spin through the drive thru.Michelle is wonderful and works super Starbucks hard. I absolutely love the baristas at this location. They are always helpful, kind, and so hardworking. It is always very busy and... hectic, but the workers always greet you with a smile and great attitude. While the music inside is a little loud for studying,and there is a steady supply of homeless that loiter around the Starbucks, the workers and their consistency really appeal. Read more
My mom sent me through the drive thru last night and told me very vaguely what she wanted so I kind of had no idea what I was... trying to order and the Barista (his name is Kyle) was so sweet and patient with me and helped me figure it out and then when Igot to the window he saw my 2 daughters in their car seats and made sure to get all 3 of us little samples of one of thepastries there. Even though he saw the baby was asleep he still made sure she got her little sample for when she woke up. I washaving a rough day and he was very refreshing so I'll definitely be coming back to this location because of this experience.Thank you Kyle. Read more
