I went to this location, through the drive-thru about 10 min ago. I ordered: one bacon cheeseburger, PLAIN; one order of nuggets... and a 4 piece jalapeño popper. Management lied when I checked my order, When I spoke of my order being wrong, as in this is a cheese burger, he stated oh no it... that were out of bacon king wrappers. He even stated what my order was before he gave me someone else's order. Then when Icalled to complain, I got a run around from one of the counter people. Just how hard is it for the drive up window person tocheck the orders, What really made upset was he repeated the order to me ,then lied about it! I will not be going to thisBurgerking again. Went to go get food when everything said they were open and they were closed. Wasted 15 minutes of Drive time and 5 minutes... realizing they were closed on a Friay. Also they are missing Menu selection food signs as well as something dropped onto myvehicle from a huge Crack in their Drive through portion of the building. I am not sure what is going on outside of Pandemicreasons but I did not appreciate the wasted 40ish minutes and the stuff falling onto my vehicle. Update: They have no interestin resolving their issues or even making sure everything is safe for people or their property. I would avoid this particular BKat all costs because the only part about KING in their name here is taking your money and not caring. Last Update: They do notcare about their customer past getting your money and throwing your food at you even if it isn't hot. Lights on, drive through open, menu lit, no one answers, pull around, can't see anyone inside. If you are closed, put a cone to... block your drive thru, or something. Rude. Read more
Unimpressed ! The cashier/order taker was great. Bathroom was dirty and seat broken. Ordered a Whopper and a chicken sandwich... for $6. The Whopper was fine. That why I gave two stars. The chicken sandwich was way overcooked, tasted poorly. Look at thepicture. 60-70% burnt breading. Overall would not be interested in going back. Read more
