I wanted 3 cinnamon rolls, but they tricked me into getting a 4th, I took them back to my table to find that the icing wasn't... melted at all. I went back and asked if they could melt the icing, and they put them in i think a microwave for around 15seconds, and handed them back to me. Very bad experience, ordered online and the prder says pickup ready but at store he is saying nothing on my name. This I have to say was a bad experience the cinnamon roll I got tasted horrible there was way too much sugar and frosting on it... and it was falling apart so it didn?t look like anything from the pictures I have seen before. I also asked if I could have myitems warmed up which they said were hot but clearly they were not. This location deserves 0 stars. It was over $5 for somethingthat was clearly old. If I could I would give them a zero. I hadn't bought Cinnabon in over a year due to not visiting the malls because of Covid.... Yesterday I thought it would be a good idea to get Cinnabon rolls for my family for Valentine's Day. Their menu advertised 9mini cinnabons for $14.99. I purchased the rolls and a drink for my granddaughter, that was advertised for $3.29. The girlrang up everything and I gave her my debit card. She asked if I wanted a receipt, and I said yes...and it's a good thing Idid.. My total order was $23.65. While my order was being prepared I noticed the prices were higher than advertised. I askedthe young girl who was boxing the cinnabons about the prices, and she advised me that all their prices were updated in theregister but the menu board hadn't been updated. When I told her it was unfair to charge me a higher price without firstletting me know, she just asked me if I still wanted the cinnabons. Mind you even though both were higher than advertised, Ionly asked about the cinnabons. I made it clear that as a customer I didn't want to pay more than the price advertised so sheproceeded to unpack the cinnabons and refund me...Wow, she would rather forego a full sale than to refund a $1..and when Iasked to speak to the manager, she said she is the manager. The young lady looked to be 18 at most but even my 13 year oldconcluded that it would have made more sense to give me a dollar than cancel the sale. Cinnabon would appear more honest andcustomer focused.I realize times are hard but this behavior confirms, this Cinnabon doesn't value its customers or the dollar. Read more
Cinnabon is a great dessert option in any shopping center. You can walk it off as you do some spree shopping so don?t worry... about those extra calories they provide. Enjoy every little bit or a hole lot of it. My son loves the cinnamon rolls here or thesugar stix. Get a cup of coffee to accompany your favorite desert. I enjoy the lemonade here as well as the mochas. There isplenty of seating available. Restrooms are just to the back and left of the food court where the children?s seating is availableand a beautiful view from the tall windows you will enjoy. There is plenty to do here at the mall after you get that sugar rushgoing, get a nice little walk and head to the Von Maur store for some new heels and a delightful dress.
