So, as to the food, well, it's standard Domino's - they always get the orders right, although they do skimp a bit on some of the... ingredients on the pizzas - do a couple extra mushrooms really cost that much, guys? Biggest issue is the delivery. We liveabout a mile from the shop. You would think that would result in fast, hot food every time, but boy would you be wrong. Thanksto their semi-functional driver tracking app, I 've seen delivery drivers go RIGHT PAST OUR HOUSE to make another delivery thatis miles away, then circle back to us. We had one guy drive within a hundred feet of our place, go all the way to the otherside of town, make two stops, and then come back. the routing didn't even make sense. I delivered for big D back in college,and when we went out, we routed our deliveries to be efficient. You'd think with GPS and electronic orders, they be able to setan efficient route like we used to in the "30 minutes or less" days. Read more
I tried to resolve an issue in store like I was told only to have Carolina tell me there was nothing she could and nothing could... be done. Any attempt to speak to corporate concerning issue at hand is useless there is no one to talk to and emails are repliedto with generic form letters. Read more

It Is the first time I?m leaving a review for a big food chain . John is probably one the kindest employees I have ever met .... Always greeting as soon as you step in the store and asks how you doing. On the other hand need to mention that is a very fastperson. Prompt service plus they follow directions. I have used a different Domino's in Lombard and they never put the extra cheese as... ordered and always cut the pizza when I requested uncut. This gang has their act together!!!!! Read more
