I asked for avocado toast and I got bread with avocado on top it wasn't even toasted it wasn't even hot and then they said oh... have a nice day without even giving me my coffee. They were super duper busy so that's why I down them one point. Read more
Variety of donuts was a hit and miss at 9am. No blueberry glazed. Staff was okay at best.
The worst Dunkin? I have been too. I hate giving bad reviews but the truth is this specific Dublin always had some issue. I... ordered dunkinccino the lady gave me a cold coffe which tasted like hot chocolate but cold. It was the most disgusting drink.When I asked her she said out coffee machine isn?t working. Few days later I ordered caramel frap. It was so disgusting ???? Maybe used expired coffee. I never had such bad drink ever. Other thing is they are somehow always out of something. Not even 1 star in my opinion. It's poorly run lately. Lines have become longer & Longer. They can't hire enough people (as all... businesses can't these days) (Temp agency?) and the people they have aren't supervised in the morning. If they are then shame onthe manager. If you can't handle running the front counter and the drive thru go back to Pandemic conditions and just run thedrive thru to service your customers. 13 minutes in line with 10 cars in front of me is horrible service. How hard is it to makea cup of coffee? I know the one heavyset girl doesn't move at all, will just sit at the window while the others bring her theitems. You need to fix it before you lose more customers like me. Starbucks across the street becomes a faster solution,although at a higher price. Don't go to this Dunkins unless they fix it. Read more
(Showed up at 12ish) I had tried ordering half a dozen donuts, before I could say what I wanted in there I was cut off with... ?anything else? by the lady on the intercom. I continued to try and give my order and I was cut off with ?anything else? again.I knew I wasn?t gonna be able to pick my order for the half dozen or add more to the order, without uncalled for amounts ofattitude. At this point I left angrily, knowing that so long as I got any better of an experience at another Dunkin; I?d betipping them a $5, which I did. S/o Addison and North Ave, I left a $5 in the window. The 3 kids working this morning were horrible! The place was a mess! There was stuff all over the floor behind the counter.... Totally unfriendly too!
