Had to wait when we arrived, Even though we were right on time for reservation. Other than that service was good. Food was... good not great. Prices are very reasonable so its worth the money. I would do it again. Read more
Our table was ready when we arrived and the food was good when it arrived. What was not good was the service. We had 4-5... appetizers and the plates where never cleared from the table despite obviously being finished. We were never offered a refill onwater and we were there 2+ hours. They were good about cocktail orders. The person who brings the food os not the person withwhom you ordered the food so he wants to leave the food but it’s the wrong order. Finally we get the waiter back whoacknowledged the wrong order and puts the order in again, again it comes out wrong so we had to await a 3rd order (sweet andsour chicken with the sauce on the side is just not complicated ). The manager, who I had to request from the back, was veryapologetic and offered a gift card but perhaps if she stayed in front and saw what the floor staff were doing it would be abetter experience all around. First restaurant I saw from the hotel. The beef lo mein was quite good, and the Tokyo Mules had a satisfying kick after a long... day of travel. The ambience was good, too. Seems like a good date restaurant. I have tended to look down my nose at PF Chang'sin the past, but I was really pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommend, and bring a date! Read more
