Our table was ready when we arrived and the food was good when it arrived. What was not good was the service. We had 4-5... appetizers and the plates where never cleared from the table despite obviously being finished. We were never offered a refill onwater and we were there 2+ hours. They were good about cocktail orders. The person who brings the food os not the person withwhom you ordered the food so he wants to leave the food but it’s the wrong order. Finally we get the waiter back whoacknowledged the wrong order and puts the order in again, again it comes out wrong so we had to await a 3rd order (sweet andsour chicken with the sauce on the side is just not complicated ). The manager, who I had to request from the back, was veryapologetic and offered a gift card but perhaps if she stayed in front and saw what the floor staff were doing it would be abetter experience all around. My family enjoys ordering from this restaurant. Whether we dine in or carry out, the food is always prepared to order and... tastes excellent. Our waiter was extremely friendly and made some great selections. I love the decor on the inside and as youcan see their pear mojito is a favorite. I asked for some extra sauce to get with my leftover and I got a full cup to takehome. They always seem to go above and beyond so thank you to everyone who works here! Read more
First restaurant I saw from the hotel. The beef lo mein was quite good, and the Tokyo Mules had a satisfying kick after a long... day of travel. The ambience was good, too. Seems like a good date restaurant. I have tended to look down my nose at PF Chang'sin the past, but I was really pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommend, and bring a date! Read more
