I always order directly through Potbelly's because I am a perks member. So I placed an online directly through Potbelly's from... this location (Lombard) at 11:41am on 10/12. I was informed that my order would arrive at 12:14pm. I received a text at 11:51am& 11:53am from Door Dash stating that Mason M. had picked up and was approaching. Odd, I did not order through Door Dash, butthought maybe they use them for their deliveries. I waited and waited, still no delivery. At 12:31pm I contacted Potbelly's toask what was happening with my order. I spoke to a woman who said she was the manager and she could not tell me what happened tomy order. She insisted that I had used Door Dash to order and I informed her I used the Potbelly's website. I was placed on holdseveral times, finally she came back and offered me coupons for free food. That's nice and all, but what happened to my order?Why was Door Dash contacting me? She could not answer any of this and became rude when I asked her if she could find it. I askedfor a refund and was told it would take 1-3 days to appear back on my card. I told her I would not be ordering from thislocation if they don't even know what is happening to their orders. She hung up on me abruptly.....I did not receive any couponsfor free food. I have never had issues with a Potbelly's before, but honestly, it is a bit concerning that orders aredisappearing and you can't own up to it. Read more
This place is great. The food is always fresh which I really appreciate. They get you in and out quickly while still making... your food fresh. Love their tuna salad! Read more
Took my sandwich to go. 10 minute ride home. Opened my sandwich up to find it soaked with watered down mayo, so bad you pick the... sandwich up and the bread tore apart. Read more
First time eating here. The staff was friendly! With a great attitude, Andrew helped me & my family navigate through the menu... and was very patient with us. Linda was very friendly and highly recommended the shakes which were delicious! The farmers saladwas delicious as well as the Mediterranean sandwich. I will be back???? Read more
Came to pick up an online order it took over 20 minutes. It seemed that only one person was doing the bagging of the take out... orders plus cashiering. I understand the short staff, but if the establishment cannot handle both in person and onlineorders, make sure you turn off online ordering. Read more

Ordered from this location ( granted i didn't get to choose, doordash automatically does it based on where you live) through... door dash and all I ordered was a shake, Chips, an Italian sandwich and a meatball sub and it came WITHOUT meatball sub $8 for asandwich and not only that took 45 mins to deliver 2 sandwiches a drink and chips, ridiculous. And it's not the fault of doordash the sandwich wasn't in there or that they took that long to get it ready. Extremely frustrating! Not to mention I justtried to call 5 times and no answer !!
