Poor costomer service and Unprofessional manner I asked to have probiotic on kids smoothie and the lady there who said im... manager said no we dont add and, i was trying to xplain that i have had this done here that why im ordering it again but shestarts telling me that im arguing her and she was talking with atitude. so sorry for manager to bahave this way doent have theskill to talk to people. Delicious smoothies and great service! I placed an online order for 7 different smoothies for me and my coworkers. The website... said they'll be ready in 23min and when I arrived at that time, they were all ready and waiting for me to pick up! The gal whomade them, Destiny, was great and very friendly! The smoothies are pretty good honestly but the service is so unbelievably slow it's ridiculous. There was 1 car in front of us... in the drive through and we waited for 10 minutes and never moved so we got out of line and went inside just to wait 30 minutesfor 2 smoothies.. I 100% would have given 5 stars for the quality of the smoothies but 0 stars for the service not to mentionthat the workers kept taking off their masks while making drinks and taking orders and they both had long hair and no hair nets. Smoothies are fine but really need to hire more employees. Waited over 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order because there was... only one guy working and they were slammed with orders. Not fair to the employees or the customers. Read more
