We decided to dine here for our anniversary as we had enjoyed a previous visit with friends. The most appropriate word to... describe our visit was "awkward". We got seated right away. The guy who seated us asked us if we wanted to order drinks. Weresponded that we just wanted water. We picked up our menus and he stood there waiting to take our order. We explained that weneeded time to look at the menu so he finally left the table. Two other different guys came to ask if we wanted drinks. Nopefor the second and third times. Still happy with water but we did order an appetizer. I had questions about the menu. Thedescriptions are not good. "Frontier style" - what does that even mean? And there are all these little green and red dots alongside half the items on the menu with no key to tell what they mean. I've seen many menus and these made no sense. We decided onthe vegetable and chicken selections on the Thali part of the menu. Whichever guy came to the table, we told him our order.Surprise! They no longer serve those meals. So, back to the menu and we decided on some basic dishes. We figured they wereserved with rice, right? Nope. Rice is an additional charge. That is like serving a burger with charging extra for the bun. Itjust feel like they nickel and dime you. Add $2 to each meal and serve it with rice. As a customer, it feels better. The foodwas okay. The appetizer was the best part of the meal. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Whoever is running that place shouldstep back and gets someone who knows about restaurants and customers there to run it. Happy Anniversary to us. ???? Read more

Ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful with melodious music, the waiter was friendly who shared his Indian food culture with... us but the most important part food was not at all good. We ordered lemon rice which had no flavor, bengan bharta & achari grillchicken was below average, and mutton curry was tasteless. In addition to it, the price was excessively high. Overall, notsatisfying experience. Read more

Had the opportunity to go for a meal yesterday at this chic Indian restaurant. The booths are spacious and give a homely feel... when dining with a group. The decor is subtle yet striking. The wine, liquor selection is wide and everyone found theirfavourites.. The cocktail menu was very innovative and we enjoyed several "Slumdog Millionaires ". Finally the food is the mostamazing part. We had the chicken tikka, the murgh Malai tikka and some sev puri.. Just when we thought things can't get better, came the baingan bharta, Chicken ghee roast and the dal Makhani... Outstanding!! The kheer and the Kulfi brought memories ofchildhood.. Am going to be there soon again... Abir and his team are gracious in their service. Read more

Food at The Desi Accent is certainly a notch above. Each dish had a distinguished taste. The staff helped us pick dishes that... paired well together. It was refreshing to have unique options on the menu for vegetarians from different regions of India. Theplace is tastefully decorated with soft lighting and unique color scheme. I would certainly go there again. Read more

Yesterday was me and friend very first time experiencing Indian cuisine and we were very nervous. Fortunately, the staff there... was fantastic. The food was great and the vibe made me feel not so nervous. Shout out to Adi! He’s wonderful! He suggestedsome wonderful dishes for us because we didn’t know what we were doing. The Owner/Manager walked around and seen how everyonewas doing and if they needed anything else. The waiters were nice and helpful. I would definitely go back here Read more
