Yesterday I was treated absolutely AWFUL by a member of management. Due to the fact I requested NO onions on my 20 pack of... burgers. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to get burgers FULL of onions. Took them back inside and was informed the whitecastle policy is to SCRAPE the onions off..she was rude and talked to my husband and I like we were trash YELLED that we shouldhave made it clear we didn't want onions yet when we ordered we said NO ONIONS and the man taking the order said okay. When wetook the burgers in the lady said it would be an ADDITIONAL 30 mins bc they have to warm a grill up to cook burgers with noonions. We will NEVER be back and I will let everyone know how business is handled at this location. This woman does not deservemanagement nor does she even deserve a job period if that's how she speaks to paying customers. Read more
Sat in the drive thru with no one there for 5 min. Looked online and it says open for takeout until 1am. Had to pull up the... window finally for one of the workers to say they're closed. Thats 3 hrs before close.... Read more
Went through the drive threw for dinner on October 29th. Ordered a 10 pk cheese with onion only and they were the best I ever... had. Thank you to the young man who made them and the young lady at the window. Service was fantastic! This was at MainStreet and Roosevelt in Lombard! Read more
WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN A RESTAURANT. The manager was directly disrespectful and rude when I told her the soda machine... was out of c02 for Four different drinks, and that the machine exploded al over. Who hired this lady ??? Class less restraintthat will not help the customer and are lazy on top of it. We dined In and the entire crew disappeared for the first 20 minsafter we got our food. Nope! Cold, wrong items, no sauces at all and then paid extra for cheese sauce, nope not in bag, chicken rings burnt....burgers... made wrong ... Howwww? It's the regular classic cheeseburgers.... Wrong everything.... even the sodas... just careless becausethis was not human error. I should have took the advise of the reviews I read! Fair warning lol Don't be me! Smh $40 down thedrain. White castle is the best I enjoyed all my burgers, and my fries it’s always a great experience here because in San Antonio we... don’t have a White Castle! They have them all over Chicago Illinois. The best. Read more
I tried the loaded e fries and thought they were delicious. Loved the blend of ranch and cheese. I also tried the chicken with... waffles and I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. It was not easy to find the way into the parking lot but there is plenty ofparking. The sweet tea was mediocre. I haven't been in a White Castle for over a decade but I would possibly go back again.
